Everything was great: the room and the hotel in general were very clean and modern; the breakfast was great (good choice of food, including hot meals option, quiet atmosphere), and the staff was amiable as well.

Poor breakfast choice

The staff and service were excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop patio with jacuzzi was excellent for enjoying a cold drink after a day of sightseeing .The location is perfect for what we were looking to do in Naples. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

My only criticism would be the tiny hot elevator to access from the street which was painfully slow and can barely accommodate a few people with luggage.. minor criticism only of an otherwise excellent hotel.

Nice and modern

Having to have breakfast on the roof top. It was pretty warm, I would have preferred eating inside.

Lovely room at the rear away from street noise. Aircon effective and quiet. Lovely breakfast on roof terrace with friendly helpful staff. Great view over port to Bay of Naples and Vesuvius.

Good location, short walking distance from the port. Our room was specious, comfortable and very clean. There was free complementary drinking water in the room. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was organised on the roof and there were not enough shaded seats. We were sitting in the sun. Additionally, my omelette was attacked by a seagull when I went to get a cup of tea. Anyway, I got a fresh one.

Location very good for the old city, Spanish Quarter and coast. Good access for Pompei and Herculanium just up the coast.

excellent location - one bus ride away from the airport, walking distance to ferries, walking distance to shopping street. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room. 10/10 Will be staying here again!
