Hotel Plebiscito Aparthotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, really close to the Cafe Gambrinus and cafe del professore , both very good breakfast stops.

The location is amazingly central, in the pedestrian area, really close to a metro station, few steps from piazza plebiscito. The beds are really comfortables and the staff young and really helpful!

The hotel will need some refurbishment and the bathroom are tiny like the showers

The hotel was in a very good location, and the room was modern and very clean.

The toilet is a bit close to the shower, a bit squashed in there.

Location is perfect, if you want to be close to restaurants and shopping. The staff tried to be nice, but they are only nice if you dont have any problem.

I had a smaller very dark and noisy room for 1 person with view to basically wall in a space where cleaning lady was preparing to work in the morning, so forget about any relax in the morning after night when people go back to their rooms very noisy as the door of the room dont insulate any sound and to open the door with a card it makes buzzing sound on top of it, which does not make any sense to me. Also make sure your door locks when it closes, mine did not several times without realizing. The bathroom was so tiny that a larger person could possibly not sit on the toilett and the sink was even too small to wash the hands without having water on the floor and to wash the face was almost impossible.

Location !! It was perfect, it’s not on a road accessible by car but very easy to get there. Very popular area, felt safe !! The staff were lovely and very informative

The shower was tiny ! 1 x 1 size, I’m 5’3 and my husband is 6’0 and we both struggled so much !! The air con was also not strong.

No window to the outside, just small window into central atrium . Very nice kitchen with absolutely nothing in it but did have a fridge.Very few sockets in bedroom and couldn’t find any in kitchen to plug in kettle

Location Location Location. Right within the Historical centre. Right next to Restaurants, Sights, Bars, Shops..The convenience of this apartment hotel cannot be overstated. 3 Mins walk to the hop on Hop off buses, Tour buses etc 12 minutes walk to the harbour to catch ferries to amalfi, Sonatano, Capri. 10 Mins to the Metros, Taxi to Napoli Central Railway station are 4 mins walk away as cars are not allowed on the street. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. Marianna of the front office gave me good advice on booking train tickets then helped me book train tickets to Rome. the other staff were all so helpful and polite. This is a 3 star aparthotel and all the basic amenities are available. Clean spacious room, Hot water, towels.

This hotel is in a great location in Napoli. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel makes good efforts for environmental sustainability.

The hotel is slightly run down. The drains in the showers are clogged and the rooms are very dark. The rooms could use some updating. There is no fresh coffee offered in the morning.

Location was central to the downtown area. Had an elevator. Balcony over Chiaia.

Shower was small, limited tv options.

Well situated, the entrance is on the main commercial road. All you need is few steps away.

Rooms should be renewed. Even if there is the feeling of old style hotel, it's advisable to renew the furniture to give a better feeling.

The room was extremely small, and therefore a bit claustrophobic.The Aircon was very weak.We were only issued with one key.

Great location, walk or subway to everything. Spacious room. Good AC. Friendly helpful staff helped us get a very early morning airport taxi. Wonderfully soundproof windows. Beautiful old building with tasteful recent design upgrades.

The location is absolutely great for exploring the city. Even though it is located in a busy pedestrian street, you can't hear much from outside. The staff is nice.

The walls are so thin that you can hear people entering other rooms like they're entering your room. Since the hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception (plus check-in before 22:30), it allows some guests to be as loud as they want. You get towels every day, but they have some strange smell.
