    Pros +

    • Bed is so comfy, the room is so clean, and the sheets and towels smells devine. Staff are so nice and accommodating. Everyone are so polite and attended to our needs so gracefully.
    • Basically, this hotel was on the first floor of a big apartment/business office building. It is located in a high traffic area, but you are unable to hear any street noise from the room. You enter through a huge arched door from the street, walk through a massive internal courtyard, then either go up 1 flight of stairs or use their typical European elevator. We were kindly upgraded to a suite without asking. Fortuna and Lorenzo were exceptionally nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the room quite large, and a very good size bathroom with a large shower containing 2 rainfall shower heads. The enclosed hallway had windows that looked down on the internal courtyard. We also enjoyed the 2 salt water fish tanks that were built into the hallway walls. The breakfast room was charming with beautiful paintings on its vaulted ceilings. Breakfast was a good quality typical European style with pastries and cold cuts. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the American Consulate, 3 blocks from the water, and maybe 6 blocks from quality restaurants. There are also small cafes (bars) and pastry shops right outside the building.Very comfortable stay! We will surely stay there again.
    • Located near sea front and short walk to metro. Old house with amazing ceiling frescoes in breakfast room. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Friendly staff and good practical information provided about local restaurants and transport links. Kettle provided

    Cons -

    • A very minor point, there was a tea kettle and tea bags and sugar, but surprisingly no cups.
    • Some furniture shabby and needing replacement (sofa, chairs). Towels with holes. Although soundproofing to street was good, we had two rooms and one of our party was disturbed by loud TV from room next door. Had to ask for some things that seemed to be in limited supply - eg cups, loo rolls
    • The bed was a little hard and very high. Our sliding door in the bathroom broke so was hard to access the bathroom

Great location, breakfast every morning was lovely and nice barista made coffee too! The staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Maria, she gave us so many suggestions of what to do and where to eat in Naples.

The bed was a little hard and very high. Our sliding door in the bathroom broke so was hard to access the bathroom

Located in safe area and room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and booked great pizza restaurant for us.

Hot water was slow and climate control poor (hot without aircon on at night). Bed was a bit squeaky.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The location was perfect and the staff is wonderful. The room was small, but suited our needs.

Would love a bit larger room.

We chose this hotel during our stay in Naples and I can confidently say it was a bullseye. The biggest advantage is the location - the hotel is situated in a very convenient spot, just a few minutes from the Line 6 metro station (which operates only during daytime and connects to Line 1 after 4 stops), and Line 2 can be reached in about 10 minutes. This is a huge convenience when exploring the city. Additionally, there's a bus stop right under the hotel, which makes getting around Naples even easier.Daily shopping is also no problem within a 10-minute walk there's a large, well-stocked market where you can buy everything you need. The hotel service deserves special praise. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Already at check-in we received a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise and shows their professional approach to guests. The rooms are clean and tidied daily, which maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. The breakfasts have a typically Italian character you can choose from croissants, toast with various types of cold cuts and yellow cheese, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. Although the selection isn't very wide, everything is fresh and tasty. The lady serving deserves special mention she prepares delicious coffee with true Italian quality! The excellent location, pleasant service, and fair prices make it a very good choice for a stay in Naples. I especially recommend the room with a jacuzzi.

The only downside is the noise coming from the street, particularly noticeable in rooms facing the main thoroughfare. Naples is a loud city, and unfortunately the hotel has no influence over this. It's worth keeping this in mind when choosing a room. Despite this minor flaw, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Now ice property inside a not so well maintained traditional house. Nice big room with very nice bathroom and a jacuzzi

Bed was just really bad and way too soft, bedsheets way too small and do not cover the whole mattress.

The staff were so attentive. The desk is staffed 24/7, and they were always eager to assist. Once morning we had to leave before the complimentary breakfast started for a tour, and the staff prepared to-go breakfasts and espresso. When we checked in, they also explained where we were in the city and made sightseeing recommendations. The location is lovely, and the neighborhood felt safe. We spent so much time strolling the Lungomare and enjoying looking at the sea.The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location: two metro lines very close. Good restaurants just a few meters away. Great staff. Fortuna and Maria are fabulous. Lorenzo and Renato are polite and helpful. Very good Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Vídeo etc.

    Small bedroom.

Good location opposite metro station , spacious clean room, nice breakfast offering and friendly staff.

The location is a bit noisy but I think that is the whole of Naples in general!A few lapses in service- boiler broke on our first night and wasn’t fixed till the following day so no shower after travelling all day. The flush on my toilet also broke during our stay and I had to ask reception several times for a warmer duvet to replace the thin one provided.

    Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff ; Bed comfort; cleanliness of room; nicely decorated room for breakfast;

Dull sound of a generator during one night. Distance- a bit far away from centre of town but buses and metro station quite close by

Gorgeous gem of a boutique hotel in a historical palazzo on the Naples waterfront, with unparalleled service and elegant surroundings. Complimentary breakfast buffet is served in a gorgeous dining room with an impeccable Baroque-era vaulted and frescoed ceiling. The rooms are beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, and very well insulated from the noise of traffic, ensuring a peaceful retreat from the excitement of the city. Additionally you simply cannot get a better location in Naples than the Riviera Chiaia, where this hotel is located.I am terrible at remembering names but the two women working at the hotel on the morning of 28 March are particularly kind and helpful (maybe Maria and Fortuna???) even going so far as to arrange for a 4 AM taxi and boxed breakfast for my partner who had a very early flight to catch. Grazie mille!!! Vi ringraziamo!!!!!

The room had a little bit a weird smell! The phone of the room didnt work! The jacuzzi didnt work (not for their fault!) but they give us, for the next time , a free night in the same room!

Was even better than expected. Rooms were large clean and bathrooms and showers were much larger than you find in A typical italian hotel. The staff is amazing lime the other reviewers said. Like being at home with your family. Book the taxi only thrpugh hotel to avoid being ripped.

Really nothing i did not like.
