Pros +

The room was very modern and clean. The shower/bathroom was small but very nice. The AC worked great.
Hotel was clean. Room was large. Staff tried to be helpful and wanted to please. Located very near the train station.

Cons -

Location is awful. I am a woman traveling alone and did not feel safe on the streets. I did not find any good places to eat or a grocery store near by. There wasn't a blanket in the room and was not delivered until the next day.
The train station neighborhood is not the nicest. There was a tiny door to get into which was locked on arrival. There was a lift but was not offered to us on the way up the stairs. Staff spoke very little english and used google translate to communicate
