Clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly located for the business I was doing. Easy to get to and from, onsite restaurant was great.

The staff are amazing. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting someone in hospital. The hotel is six minutes away from the hospital, so I could go in and out for both sets of visiting hours. I had asked for a quiet room and this was way beyond my expectations. I know there were other guests in the hotel, but I wouldn't have ever known that from inside my room. Not a sound! The bed was brilliantly comfortable. But the main thing is the staff, every one of them were polite, professional, helpful, and kind.

Breakfast was fantastic, only issue area where coffee and toaster is very cluttered, and had to wait for clean cups delay on them area.A verh small issue.

Nothing. It was all good.

Everything. There was a huge carpark on arrival, loads of spaces. There was 2 people behind reception, very friendly and welcoming. Check in was super quick, our room was lovely and spacious. I love the artwork displayed in the room, everything was clean, comfortable and homely. We had lunch in the "off the bone" restaurant which was delicious. Again, the staff there were friendly and welcoming. Will defo be going back!

I appreciate the hotel only re-opened at 2pm following Christmas break but the bedroom was freezing when I checked in. In the age of modern technology, surely the heating could have been timed to greet guests warmly? Also, when I was in breakfast room the next morning, I had to leave my table to get juice, food etc which wasn't a problem to do. However, on 3 occasions when I returned my table has been cleared away of all cutlery and food I had started to eat. Very unsatisfactory considering the cost of room. I'm sorry to report this bad experience and I can't envisage a return visit.

Reception staff was friendly yet a bit flustered at check in, we had early check in requested and it was noted on the booking that we can check in from 1 pm but where then told that check in wasn't until 2 pm, but that was rectified by another staff member. Room service was friendly. Breakfast was good.

I felt that the room was overpriced, not worth the money, the bathroom was outdated (sink stained) and the shower took ages to get hot water.
