In Galway’s historic Latin Quarter, The House is an elegant, 4-star hotel just off Quay Square and the Spanish Arch. Set in an old stone building, The House Hotel has unique art deco interiors and modern facilities. Located in the center of Galway, The House is a 10-minute walk from Galway Cathedral and the National University of Ireland. Numerous independent boutique shops are located nearby, and Salthill and its promenade are just 15 minutes’ walk away. All 40 of our guest rooms have had a fabulous makeover — think bold design, luxe finishes, plush bedding, smart tech, and coffee machines (because caffeine is love). We didn’t stop there — our staircases and halls got a fresh new look too.

- The location is PERFECT. The Rooms are very clean and the staff was amazing.
- Location. Could walk everywhere.
- Location is fantastic, in the heart of Galway, and Staff very friendly. The room was very well equipped and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Cons -
- not really. everything was perfect.
- Just be aware that city center means city noise. If you need a quieter environment for sleep then this location is not for you.
- They have a DJ on the weekends and it gets very loud and you can hear the bass thru the walls.

Location was within walking distance of lots of great places.
