Citadines Wilson Toulouse

Location, enough space esp with a kitchenette. We were able to cook and eat in the room. We walked everywhere. Market was just next door so very convenient. Lots of places to eat at. Shopping everywhere too.

Noise fr outside.

Thé location, the staff, breakfast.

The apartment was very nice, very clean and confortable. However the bedroom was upstair, which was not mentioned in the description of the apartment.

Great location. Close to city center. Grocery store, McDonald’s, Burger King, and local market just outside the door.

Broken refrigerator that kept clicking on and off every few minutes. Very annoying. Told front desk but no resolution.

Central location, helpful staff

Breakfast was not super great by French standards. No daily room service.

It was quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen area was small, but I was still able to make meals. Bed was comfortable and location worked well for me. Walked from train station and did a city tour on foot… everything within a few minutes from location. The staff were great, They offered some really good restaurant recommendations.

I personally prefer the toilet be in the same room as the sink and shower.

The front door is easy to miss. Once inside things improve. The staff person was amazing when it came to solving a problem we had created for ourselves their helpfulness was superbe. No blaming just how can we bring things back on track. Extra days were honored consistent with the initial discount pricing.

Right on the edge of the central tourist zone. The street people hanging around the sidewalk and near the front door is annoying and sets a bad tone. Just outside the hotel expect puddles of dried puke to step around and general dirty surroundings which is rather off putting. There are two levels of quality at the hotel. It worked out for us because the "apartment" type accoutrements were perfect for light cooking and refrigerator space. Keep in mind the lack of aesthetic touches leaves one feeling like they are hanging out in a vacated dorm room.

Staff were exceptional--pleasant and helpful. Room layout was great. Overlooked the top of trees on the tree-lined street-yet still quiet. Location perfect for everything. Laundry and the self-service closet were great.

Unfortunately, we arrived on Friday and had internet only for 1/2 a day before it went out for the rest of our stay--we left on Tuesday and still no internet...for a hotel this size and many guests both there for business and pleasure, having a better back-up system or one at all should be part of your business model.

Fantastic location a short distance from the train station and to enter the town and see all the beautiful Toulouse sights! Also, a market right next door, how convenient! Staff very nice, the room very comfortable. Great comfy bed, strong water pressure, lots of hot water. Loved having the kitchen and refrigerator especially. Also appreciated the work desk and all the places to store clothes and lay out my things. Breakfast was basic but fine, I'd recommend this property as it has so much going for it!

Couldn't get the wifi to work my entire stay, but never asked about it. At the end there was confusion as to whether I'd paid or not, a new person was in reception from when I checked in and while I showed my bank payment, proving I'd paid when I checked in, I had to wait a bit and finally had to leave because I had a train to catch, but still felt odd as if they thought I didn't pay.

The location is excellent!! Paid private parking!Pharmacy and Intermarché express next door!! Highly recommended ☺️

Location and breakfast.

Air conditioning in the room was loud and didn’t work well.

The location is terrific In Toulouse within easy walking to Place Wilson, the Capitole, Place St George’s etc. Also, the hotel is actually two buildings with a lovely garden area in between making the back building very quiet away from the street and providing a lovely sitting-out area. Big kudos also to the very friendly staff.

The signage for the hotel in Toulouse is so modest and insignificant that we walked by it rolling our bags several times before we spotted the sign above the door. Why isn’t it more clearly—and proudly—signed??

Very good location.

- Was not informed where replacement towels can be found.- Was not informed hot drinks were included in the breakfast area.- Fridge temperature was not great.-Toilet is tiny, if you are a big person you will struggle. -Bathroom was extremely small. -Room was dark even with all lights on.

Pleasant staff

I booked a twin room but when we arrived, we had a double room. We asked for this to be changed but later in the evening it still hadn't and my colleague had to go back and insist again. Our replacement room was a twin, but with a broken shower and a broken black out blind on the velux window which meant I woke up at 7.30am. Overall, poor service and a hotel that should really be doing the basic much better.

Great apartments in the city center, convenient location, friendly staff

The location was very good, right in the city centre. The staff were extremly friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean overall. The room had a good area and the bed was comfortable. I had expected to hear a bit of noise from the street given the location, but it was okay (I was on the 4th floor).

The facilities are a bit worn down overall and inside the room, you can easily hear people in the corridor. The breakfast was okay but lacking in variety. The breakfast room is quite small, even for the number of people at a very early hour.

Central location,next-door to Metro and close to lovely markets and cafe quarters. Lots of eateries. The hotel is excellent value for money.Staff is very helpful, and rooms have a small kitchenette with a hot plate , fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Supermarket next door to hotel.The hotel is a 25-minute ride from the airport.It cost us 55 euros for a taxi for 6.There is a bus service to the airport for 9 euro adjacent to the hotel.There are lots of fast food alternatives, but try the local cuisine. It's outstanding.

The rooms are basic but very servicable with lots of amenities. So if you want a luxury experience it's not for you.The shower is poor, and there was noise from outside in the night, but it's not unbearable.

Centrally located, rooms are large enough for stays of a couple days

No coffee or tea in the rooms. Pillows are too soft. The toilets are at the entrance of the room while the bathroom is at the back..only in France

Nice apartment in central Toulouse. Quiet and comfortable.

Location to old town and bus to airport.

A bit old and dated. But would stay here for overnight when flying out next day.

The place is very central, 10 min walk to Place du Capitol, 1 minute to the underground where the two lines intersect and lots of good restaurants around.
