The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful.

Room was very small. The lip on the floor as you enter the bathroom was dangerous, especially in the middle of the night.The location was problematic: parking, narrow one-way streets. It was like a maze.

The staff were so nice. Especially the man who was working the night shift. So accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location and good value for money. Great hotel!

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location, close to all attractions, the metro, train station, shops and restaurants/bars. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. The staff were all so friendly and polite. We had an amazing stay thankyou! I highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay here. The location is PERFECT. It is right in the centre of town near everything and yet it is on a quiet sidestreet so no rowdy hubbub when you're trying to sleep. The bedroom was simple and classic. The public areas are on the small side but cosy, friendly and again, classically elegant. The staff were, without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was superb - very varied and thoughtfully done with lots of tasty and healthy options. We would stay again without hesitation.

I really can't think of anything negative. Have I stayed in more exceptional hotels? Certainly. But for the price and location I believe this hotel has got it spot on.

Breakfast was excellent - an ample buffet , with an interesting selection ever day .

Our double room was very small - almost New York City size! But it was attractively decorated and both room and bathroom had been recently renovated . Fortunately, there were comfortable reading chairs in the main floor lobby area.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to the old part of town, while still being walkable from the train station. The greeting was warm and helpful.

The beds were quite hard and the generator near the bedroom was noisy at night.

This is right in the centre of Toulouse. Small double room with ensuite. Room was clean, tidy and well kept. Lots of towels and pillows. Continental breakfast was really nice. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly, kind and obliging. We don't speak very much French i.e. my wife does a bit and I don't at all!

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. But honestly, that's because I'm a tea drinker. It's not a deal breaker
