- Breakfast good .location good
- Ease of access, and just about everything. Disabled car park right outside the room door, motel style. Such good value.
- Wrong pick
Cons -
- Room very small. Loud music late at night
- We made a mistake. We were just in Toulouse for 1 night on the way to somewhere else and had a friend to meet. Without enough research I choose this hotel because it was between my friend place and the city centre. It was a mistake the hotel is really for business travelers only. There is much better value for money in the center and the area around the hotel is an economic zone and a highway. On a side note someone from the staff entered our room at 9am before we checked out without knocking.
- I had requested a late check-out at reception with the night staff, and this seemed to be possible. The next morning however, a different receptionist violently knocked on the door, waking me up, and then immediately opening the door while I was in bed. She was very rude in communicating I had to leave straight away, even though her colleague said I would not be disturbed. Apparently the late check out was not possible after all, but the rudeness and violent knocking and entering my room as I was in bed was unacceptable.

Just perfect for what we needed, good size room on quite side of the hotel. Everything you need for a one night stay, clean and modern bathroom with fluffy white towels. Good breakfast all you want to eat nice boiled eggs we liked that . great location just of the A62 motorway right on the junction and large parking lot en site. En-suite restaurant for evening dinning will be back
Facilities were outdated, yet I would have given more stars if not for one staff interaction that was unacceptable.

Location
Very run down. Lots of rotten wood on balcony. Very noisy traffic even at night. Needs updating!
The room was clean and comfortable, good shower. Continental breakfast also good
The lock on the first bedroom didn’t work so I asked to change (I’d already unpacked and had a shower). Luckily the room next door was available. When I booked via Boikings, it said the restaurant was open on Sunday evening but when I checked-in the receptionist told me it was closed but recommended a nearby town.
Not expensive hotel, close to the highway.
It's quite spooky at night since the room is faced to the street and there isn't a security gate. You can feel unsafe.
Breakfast was okay, classic those days. Choice of French croissants and chocolatines, pancakes, cereals, eggs... Only 2 fruit juices. Coffee ok.
Small room, first floor, right in front of the parking lot where young people spent half the night making noise without any respect for the other guests.
Spacious room. Clean. Nice staff.
Far from route
This hotel serves its purpose: a place to sleep while we visit family. I like the flexibility of choosing twin beds or double beds. The staff is friendly. They provide a kettle, cups, coffee, tea and herbal tea and the fixings, cookies, and ear plugs! The hotel has soap and shampoo dispensers, eliminating waste. They also change the towels upon request.
The space is cramped and it gets stuffy; nothing to hang our towels from (it had been ripped from the wall and not replaced). The brown carpet is not appealing. The location is ok only if you have a car. On our last night there, the 2 closest exits of the beltway were closed and it took us forever to find a way in. It was not the hotel's responsibility but it was unpleasant.
As most campanile hotels service, staff and INTERIORS are good. But outside building looks like a dump and unoccupied building. I think this says it all.
Very convenient location. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Signage to get into the hotel could be clearer.
I had the room for disabled. Large room and shower room. Clean and comfortable.
Not much choice at breakfast. No eggs available any more. 13€ is expensive for what's on offer.
Breakfast was okay. The staff were helpful.
The hotel was unattractive and poor value for money. The menu at dinner was limited in choice.
Adequate
The secondary parking facilities and the VERY unhelpful and RUDE Concierge. He simply did not explaIn the parking procedure clearly......silly man!
for me was an option for a night. Everything was good , easy to acces, free parking, there is a transit area.
Although the room was small, the bathroom was well equipped for a guest with limited mobility,
Thin walls, location sandwiched in between main road system.
Godd value for the money. Lots of parking places. The receptionist was friendly and really helpful. Beds comfortable.
Not comfortable air ventilation in the room. Bugs in the bathroom and in the bedroom.
Staff were helpful
Room is small. Site location is noisy. The worst thing was the breakfast. It was so poor. Only cereals, pancakes, eggs and small cakes apart from a few others. Completely waste of money. Not worth 96 EUR.
