Cons -
- The shower’s design makes it difficult to turn off and the water will spill during the shower.
- Really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was 15mn late that’s the only thing I can think of negative but really not that important

Disappointing
Was told on arrival that spa was out of order and would be for duration of our stay. It would have been good to have had prior knowledge as this was the reason I booked the hotel. Throughout the stay we had to shower in stagnant dirty water as the water was not draining away. We raised the issue but was told that there was no technician available throughout the duration of the stay. Sent a complaint to the manager who was only present minutes before our departure but still no response 4 days later which is disappointing.
Staff was excellent, friendly, extremely helpful. Location is great. Quiet street, close to Marché des Carmes, good restaurants and lots of shopping..
Rooms are spacious but dated. Brown, shag(?) carpet was wall-to-wall, matted and stained. Bathroom large, but shower tiny, with slick surfaces everywhere (European hotel bathrooms are death traps; there must be a serious slip-and-fall every week in most of them.)

Only his location is fine.
This is not a hotel, it's a rundown, dirty apartment building with no service. The advertised pictures mislead the customer.
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. With the valet parking, it was a breeze. Unfortunately,we were there only one night as I would have been happy to spend more time there.
One recurring problem on this trip with many hotels was the shower/ bath tub. The bath tub was difficult getting intas there was a high side of the tub to crawl over. It'sprobably not too safe for elderly or handicapped people. I didn't request a walk in shower; they may have beenavailable... so I may have been at fault.
Location, although parking is a nightmare unless the valet is waiting at the front door. Unfortunately he wasn’t and we were greeted by a rude receptionist who told us to wait despite the fact we were blocking the road and the traffic behind us. Therefore we were forced to circum navigate the tiny narrow one way streets again to get back to the front door of the hotel. That wasted another 20 minutes.
Attitude of the staff, the bar tender ignored us for 20 minutes despite being sat in front of him with very few other customers to serve. As mentioned the receptionist that greeted us on the street was abrupt and rude. The only helpful friendly member of staff was the valet once he appeared.
The WORST experience ever!!!
We stayed 1 night and it was enough, we got a room that was nothing like the one in the photos: outdated, stuffy, with a heavily stained carpet. We went for dinner & on our return, the room was stinking of sewage all the way to the hall; we called reception & surprisingly at night they don’t have anyone but an unprepared guy handling everything and anything that may happen. He proposed to change rooms. We had to redo our suitcases at 1AM to be downgraded to the “only room available” with less facilities than what we payed for. The one guy had to carry our 4 big, very heavy suitcases and 4 carry-ons, through a pebbled patio and one floor up (no lift in the second building) during 1h & a half: By the time he finished, it was already 3AM.After all that you would think that in a 5 star hotel there would be apologies & compensation… On the contrary, the receptionist (not even the manager) said it was not their fault & that they had been kind enough to move us & that they didn’t have anything to compensate for: So if not for their “kindness” we would have slept in a swage stinky room? So much for our honeymoon stay at Toulouse!Bluntly we expressed our outrage, claiming that we didn’t get what we had payed for: a good suite in a good 5 star hotel. We barely slept. They are mad to think they can charge anyone after having a health and safety issue topped with a downgrade, lack of staff & poor attitude! After a fervent discussion it was agreed we would pay half the night, and as if this dreadful experience hadn’t been enough: They waited for us to leave to report a “no show” to BOOKING and demand payment for cancelation policy, so they could charge the full amount for the night + the half we had already payed: luckily our card has a security fraud lock, but that is called THEFT: willing to STEAL from their clients, SHAMEFUL.
Fabulous location in the heart of the old part of Toulouse. Walking distance to everything. Brilliant staff. Special kudos to the bar staff. Very comfortable room with all the necessary amenities.
Nothing !
The suite was perfect, had all amenities. Big comfy beds, great showers. The food at Le Cenacle was great. As was breakfast in the room.
We got engaged at the hotel, and while they organised the room as requested (at a cost) my fiancée would have liked more recognition from the hotel staff. No one congratulated us.
The hotel is in a nice location, walking distance to the center. The staff very polite and helpful. The room was very big and nice decorated. The fine dining restaurant inside the hotel is worth trying, very nice dishes.
Overall, very courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. The decor was nice. Cleanliness can be improved. Looking to dine at the restaurant when it receives its Michelin Star. It has a private car park and this is a Plus.
Housekeeping did not replace one of towels. Cleanliness can be improved.
Top notch executive suite. Dining area and open air plaza
Great location, easy walking distance to many shops and squares and restaurants
I’m sure they know but the shower in our small room did leak a lot. We had to put our shower towels on the floor after we had showers. No big deal for us as of course they replaced when making up the room.

The location, the staff and the courtyard
The breakfast, although good, often ran out of food which was either slowly replaced or not replaced at all. The bedroom although large, needs attention as lots of things not working / damaged / stained (e.g. bedside table was wonky, the vanity light & bedside lamp did not work. Carpet in bedroom & lounge area stained, sofa by door stained! Air Conditioner did not work. The cupboard was too small to hang clothes properly and more importantly, the Hammam was out of Order for all the 3 days we were there, which they knew beforehand and never informed us!! Given that it's advertised as a spa hotel and this was for a special birthday treat it was extremely disappointing and when asked where else - they wanted to send us 30mins away to a public spa - you would think they'd have a backup plan!!
Restaurant was exceptional. Recently lost a Michelin star due to chef departing but will soon regain it if our dinner was anything to go by.
Bathroom Design was really Nice Location of the Hotel is very Close to the Center
First I booked the Hotel because of the „SPA“I realized there is no Sauna, only hamam where it is required to book an appointmentThe Toilette was broken (Push Button) and the seal next to the bathtube was leaky. I asked in advance for seperated beds, However I need to seperate it after arriving. The gym contained only a few machines, so it’s not a gym in my Point of view.
