Nice spacious room. The receptionist was very kind and it felt super homey!

location was not the most central, close to bus/train station! also the bathroom shower is a bit small so prepare for that.

The room was small, but had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right next to the train station (I had an early departure the next morning). But noise and traffic were not at all an issue. The room was quiet and tranquil with a view of the Canal du Midi. But above all, was my outstanding experience with the staff. I’d rolled my ankle previously while traveling, and they went out of their way to help me. They were so kind and helpful. I was really wowed and would absolutely stay there again due to their amazing service.

Nothing I didn’t like. Just know it’s a minimalist hotel.

Hotel is located in the city center, close to the Airport bus and train station.

I could not sleep in the early morning as there was a lot of noise.

Location and friendly staff.

It was very difficult to take a shower due to the angle of the shower head. The shower curtain needs replacing. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff, very good welcome. The hotel is situated 5 minutes to the train station. The room was simple but convenient, windows were double glass, absolutly no sound from the street. The bathroom was very simple but convenient enough and very clean.

It is not the property itself but be aware that being few minutes from the train station means that there are strange people hanging around at night.

Very small room with good bed and pillows. Staff were very pleasant. Highly recommended for bicycle tourists as they have a storage in lobby. Breakfast was great value and well served with fresh coffee, juice, bread, croissants and fruit.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the train station as well as a bus stop that goes to the airport. The room was very small, but it was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Although you could clearly hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the hall, during sleeping hours it was quiet while I was there. They provided shampoo and a hairdryer. Continental breakfast with good coffee was available for €8.

No coffee pot/ tea pot in the room. The TV was mounted very high on the wall so it was hard to watch from the low bed. The neighborhood wasn’t charming or nice but didn’t feel unsafe. There is no elevator and all the rooms are upstairs. Fortunately the front desk clerk carried my suitcase to the second floor.

The location to the train station is just across the street. My train was cancelled and needed a place overnight. They took my reservation at midnight. Very kind people at the desk. Great hot shower.Plenty of towels.

Everything was perfect

Yes my room was small, but adequate. The real values were the location, welcoming staff, and generous breakfast.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful despite my poor French skills. I’m travelling on my own and the property was close to the train so good for an overnight stay. It was a short walk to the tourist centre. Bed & pillows were super comfortable. A fridge and kettle in the room would have made it easier to stay for more than a single night.

A great location if arriving late at the station in Toulouse. Also, it's close to the city centre. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was very good and the person serving the breakfast and dealing with the checkout was very helpful regarding a short itinerary to follow on foot before heading to the airport. The hotel is a similar price to a budget, chain hotel but way more fun and authentic.

Lovely father and daughter who made me feel so welcome, clean and smelt to nice. A snuggly bed, decent pillows, always welcome, tea and coffee making facilities, large bedroom , tiny bathroom but with separate toilet, close to station and town centre, walking distance everywhere

Steep stairs no lift

The location of this hotel is excellent if you travel by train, and it's a good place to spend a night or two. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. The room was cosy and bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The room was quite small, and especially the bathroom. The shower was very small. There's no elevator which is not a problem with a small luggage but a good thing to note if you have more luggage with you.

The hotel was central, we appreciated the controlled access to the hotel with a reception staffed 24 hour a day.

Love this hotel because all the Staff are exceptionally friendly. Plus it's located near the train station and LE Capitole.
