Nemea Appart Hotel Concorde Toulouse Gare Matabiau

Very good location. Right opposite to Gare Toulouse Matabiau. Very clean rooms and common areas. Helpful staff.

The hotel should provide at least some tea/coffee and sugar sachets in the room.

Cleanliness, everything looks new, bathroom large and clean, spacious bedroom, microwave and small sink to prepare food, conveniently located across Gare. De Toulouse Matabiau.

Friendly staff

It’s clean near to the center and the gare station also nice view from the rooms just for the bed isnt as big enough for 2 adultes But un general i recommand

Great location close to trains and bus station easy walk into the old town and attractions

Bed could have been more comfortable

Good location, nice size room, clean

It had secured underground parking. It also had laundry facilities.

A whole bunch of hidden fees, parking, use of the kitchenette. Hall ways and room were dark and had bad lighting. Front desk staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.

Spacious and clean

We had noise in our room (some wire problem that we couldn’t identify) right in the middle of the night we had to change the room at 3 am. Other room was great! Just ask receptionist for a quiet room and there will be no problem

The property was very well appointed, clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is ideal.

Centre of city

Low pressure of showerOne evening even lukewarm waterInternet television not working

The rooms are always clean and the staff is really nice and accomodating.

You used to be able to book the jacuzzi for 30min and have it privately and that was amazing but now it's just open to everyone all day which breaks my heart a little.

Convenience to the train station, The hot tub was a nice amenity

The surrounding area at night I felt a tiny bit unsafe with all of the transient people around.

Room large, AC good, fridge, across from Tououse train station and abt 15 mins' walk to center. Has facilities I didn't use, e.g., spa. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket next door. Very good value. Would stay again.

Since it's an apparthotel, they may be a bit tight w supplies, and you have to clean up somewhat and discard garbage b/f you leave. But a small price to pay for a great value.

It was so convenient to the train station with several restaurants next door and around the corner. The staff were helpful and eager to answer any questions. The breakfast was nice and adequate. The room was so comfortable. There was even a laundry room available.

Nothing. It worked so well for our family.

Steps away from train station. Modern sleek decor with great A/C for hot summer weather. Breakfast was excellent.

Honestly The room was big and with good furniture AC was good

WIFI very poor and it keeps disconnecting.Where was no bottle of water as Reception on the first day.No Room Service during my whole stay for one week, so you can imagine the towels, and bed sheets how it will be.They took 150€ as a deposit and on the check out , they said you have to collect the garbage from your room if you wish to get your deposit back.

Close location to train station and site attractions

We have to bring our own trash down and place in the city trash bin by the parking lot

I canceled my réservation when I knew that I havé to make a deposit of 150 Euros which I found not reasonnable at all

this was very convenient to the train station and not very loud at all. it was a short walk to Place du Capitol and the Basilica

Location to Train and public transit.

Would not recommend paying for the buffet breakfast, not worth the 20 Euros each. Fan in bathroom did’t work, had to remove pop-up plug in tub for showering.
