Firstname Toulouse Residence

Lots of space.

Breakfast was mediocre and expensive.

Very impressive lobby. Rooms are quite comfortable.

The apartment lifts are quite run down. I think they are renovating them.

Property was centre of city and walkable distance to key places to visit. Clean and Tidy and well maintained hotel. Staf were well mannered and hospitality was good

No housekeeping on week ends causing lot of inconvienience.

Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable rooms. All in all, a good place to stay.

Well located. Staff very helpful. Excellent flat spaces in the rooms. The kitchen including the dishwasher is good but can include a clothes washer/dryer either one per apartment or one located for each floor for a fee.

Would like a clothes washer per apartment or floor please

We liked the balcony and the size of the apartment.

Work was still not completed. Balcony a little dirty.

Staff were terrific, very helpful.

Renovations going on in the hotel and the lift sounds like it is on the way out, but it was OK.

Location is good for station and city. Staff were helpful. Loved the little gift.

Apartment very tired. Would be nice to at least have a mini milk, sugar and tea pack for short stays. A little grubby, in need of a paint.

Very good breakfast ,great wide choice of hot and cold dishes . Fresh fruits and yoghurts .Real fresh pressed orange juice. Good choice of breads and croissants

The coffee was not to my taste ,tasted as if it was made in large quantities and tasted a bit “;stewed “. Strange as everything else was excellent.

Location was not too central but close enough to walk to centre of Toulouse

Lifts were a bit scary! Would have been nice to have a bottle of water, tea bag and coffee sachet even for one day if you arrive late!

Location

Impossible to set the air conditioning to the temperature desired, which resulted in the room being far too hot to sleep . . . impossible to get a good night sleep.Hotel parking facilities unavailable during our stay, so we had to park our car in the public parking nearby. In short, the 2 reasons why we chose this place were: The ability to park our car in a private parking and sleeping in a room with A/C . . . both were a big fail.

Nice and spacious room with kitchen fully equipped. Sofa bed and a separated bedroom. Very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. We were lucky to get a room on the top floor with a view over the city.

location, cleanness, spacious room, comfortable bed, a lot of space for hanging cloths and store items.

The dishwasher: On the first day after check-in, before we used the dish washer, we found that the water pooling at the bottom of the dishwasher. We called the front desk, a front desk staff came to room to check and promised to have a technician to fix it the next day.On the second day, we went out in the morning, came back about the noon time, we found the dishwasher was running. Apparently someone got it running. We went out again in the afternoon, and came back in the evening, the dishwasher was still running. We called the front desk. A technician came up and checked, and didn't figure out the issue. He said he couldn't fix it. He would let the front desk know the situation. We never heard from anyone afterwards. We were not sure whether the dishwasher could function or not. Hence we didn't use it at all. We washed pots and plates by hand.

Great size for a family of 4, very clean and azing breakfast!

There was an annoying sound of air conditioning despite the fact that we were not using it. Seems like it was due to poor soundproof isolation

Very well situated in the city centre and well connected with Metro and train station. Rooms & kitchens is very good with all facilities. Cleaning of room is done very nicely. Staff are very cooperative.

Some renovations of lifts is pending. Corridors carpet needs to be replaced.

Awful

Uncomfortable bed. Full of bugs (I had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom). Old facilities, looked nothing like the pictures online. Hard to find the hotel. Unusable electric car charge.

Good location, very delicious and various breakfast, helpful reception, good view from rooms

Adagio part is a bit puritan, slow elevators

Everything except what’s mentioned below.Staff helped where they were able.

Rubbish wifi and no streaming channel accessible on the TVbedcover too warm encouraging wasted air con.
