The third bunk is unpleasant. It's claustrophobic and difficult to get in and out of.

Location was great and staff were extremely friendly

Rooms got extremely hot due to poor circulation, shower water was cold, outlets in bedroom didn't work, lights wouldn't stay on in dorm for more than 2 minutes, meaning you had to turn them back on if it was dark

Clean and comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming and the location is very convenient, close to Toulouse city center. Special thanks to the staff who was especially helpful and friendly.

The water in the bathroom was not hot enough.taking a shower on cold days was uncomfortable.

The room wasn't clean there was a lot of noise and people smoking in the room and it was a non smoking room

Kitchen not well stocked, common rooms kinda dark and not inviting, old doors that were very loud

Each bed has curtains that block light. There are multiple power sockets for each bed. Room was quiet.

Wifi was unreliable and slow. Room was cold because heating was off. Shower was cold most of the time, only once there was hot water. Towel is not included in the price.

Even though their add on Booking.com doesn't say they have one, there's a kitchenette, with a kettle, microwave, sink, dishes, fridge. Not great, but better than I was expecting.

I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working when I arrived. Also, there is absolutely no space in the triple bunk beds! It's like being in a coffin!

It was in the center so you could walk everywhere and staff was very nice

The location is great close to every sight of the center of the city, lot of restaurants around, and 15 min walk to Gare de Toulouse, staff are nice and friendly, and value for money

Needs more attention concerning cleanliness. Bed is not as comfortable

It was close to the metro and train station. In safe walking distance at night.

We stayed there on a Thursday - which is apparently “student night” so the street below was very noisy with many students out to party. We could not open our window due to the noise.

The hostel is very centrally located and the staff was very friendly.

I wish there would be more activities organized by the hostel (I was there alone), maybe I just got unlucky (I was there on a Monday).

6 beds dormitory and one toilet with WC and shower and lavatory inside, it means when one takes shower another one cannot use the WC - there should be a division between shower place and WC place and lavatory, that is the standard in dormitories

The location is good

The place was not at all clean. Especially the bathroom was horrible. No proper lighting in either room or bathroom.

I did not get WiFi, it took 25 minutes to check in and I was at the front of the queue. All the lights in the room did not work. Bad shower. The beds were broken and very squeaky. So with all of this, why did I pay €32??? RIP off. Never again

Excellent customer service, I had to checkout earlier and they prepared a delicious breakfast as per my request. The receptionist Abdelilah was professional, nice and in charge to provide a very good customer experience.

Location: The location is definitely an asset! It's right at the heart of the city center of Toulouse. You can walk everywhere within the city center. Staff: The staff members are generally very nice and supportive. The customer service is very good.

The building is very, very old, so are the rooms and the bathrooms. Some outlets in the rooms don't work and the light is very, very poor. In the first room I was in, the door didn't close properly and it had to be pushed and closed manually. As a result, we slept one night with the door open (unlocked). It would be an asset if the bathrooms were refurbished and the beds in the 4-people rooms were a little more comfortable. Also, it would be good if there were hand soap in all bathrooms and it would also be a nicety if there were body soap.I was first in a three-people room and then, in a four-people room and in the bathroom of the second room, there were no curtains for the shower and the water wasn't warm enough. Taking a shower there was a bit of a challenge!

The rooms had beautiful fresh linen , and very quiet for a great rest
