Hotel Le Pere Leon

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cute and tidy - I found the bed to be very comfortable. The location was amazing - right off the Esquirol metro stop. It was very easy to get to via public transportation from the airport. It was close to many major historic cites, museums, tourist activities, etc. The location could not have been better.

While the room was clean, it doesn't appear that they've ever cleaned the shower head. There was so much mineral deposit buildup that many of the nozzles were clogged or didn't work properly.Toulouse also seems to have a bit of a homeless problem and many of them own dogs (some of them have several dogs). A group of them like to stay in the alley next to the hotel and throughout the night, the dogs would start barking. One reason I booked this hotel was that under its amenities, 'Soundproof' was listed. The balcony door was definitely not soundproof. I didn't get one full night of sleep here, and while the staff did their best to deal with this, it's worth noting for other people looking at this property. I didn't feel unsafe at any point going in or out of the hotel, but the noise caused by all of the dogs was a bit much.

Location is perfect it was quiet (at least on 3rd floor) without any noise coming from the street. The room, although a bit small, was perfectly clean, same for the bathroom.

Views from windows were very nice. It is important to me that beds are comfortable, and they were. Room was clean with plenty of hot water for shower. Breakfast was convenient and sufficient. It is quite 'downtown' in loctation.

Front desk folks, especially Liana, were extremely kind and helpful.

There were homeless folks with dogs outside the hotel. Dogs were noisy at night.

Clean great staff I also like leaving my key just to ensure I didn’t loose it while out and about!

Nothing really! I was a bit shocked to find that booking didn’t take the full payment and it’s also shocking when you realize the cost is in Euros lol

Awesome location. The hotel room was larger than typical. The windows were soundproof so we were not bothered by people out late. There was a water cooler near our room by the elevator which felt like a luxury. Staff were friendly and made sure to call us to advise us they were testing the fire alarm system.

The bathroom door did not close all the way and is near the beds so a little awkward! Sound carried!

You have to leave your room key at the desk every time you leave the hotel which is inconvenient.And the rooms are super tiny. The bathroom is only separated from the room by a flimsy little glass door. So there's really no privacy

The position is amazing. The metro station is in front of it, it's literally in the city center and there is plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was very clean.

There is no small fridge in the room and the hair dryer was not working unfortunately

The room was ok.The beds were on the hard side, the cooling function of the AC was disabled and the room was hot turning down the control did not help. The solution from the front desk was to open the window. Mosquitos got in, no screen. Unfortunately the road next to our room had a loud homeless group discussing among them until early morning.Also first thing in the morning, the city workers were hammering the street.We heard another couple complained about the same experience during breakfast.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable.
