Efficient and friendly check-in. Immaculately clean room with great shower. Decent sized pool with good hours for swimming. Very good breakfast and coffee options and all-in-all jt felt very good value for money at Chateau Ibis. Great air-conditioning in the roo. and comfy bed- we slept really well.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is good!
Beds are small and room in general is tiny.
Staff was inviting and friendly! We really appreciated it after our 8+ hour drive! Breakfast wasw nice, light, but filling. For a budget-friendly hotel, ibis has never failed us!
Bathroom were a bit strange with a red shower door. Our dogs were perplexed...
Good breakfast. Close to a McDonald's which was the only place open when I got there. Comfortable room. Right off the freeway.
All good.

Check in and general service good, Room and shower room clean with good shower. Quiet. Well situated for visiting friends in Balma
On arrival for breakfast at 08.15h, no bowls for cereals and several items missing. No personnel in attendance for 15 minutes then things eventually put right. Machine coffee less than average.
Lovely clean hotel & helpful staff. The pool was good.
Good
I asked an invoice for the restaurant without any details just the number of meals but it was impossible to obtain it because their system cannot enable to do so whereas any restaurant can do it
