The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying.

There is no door for the bathroom or toilet—only a curtain. The shower also doesn’t have a door, just a curtain as well.

Hotel near to business I had to visit with good restaurant and breakfast.

A bit on the expensive side given that rooms are simple and it is far from Toulouse city center.

The hotel is very close to Thales Alenia Space which was very good because of the business trip. The parking was for free. The room was clean.

The personnel tried to be helpful but there was only one lady at the reception who spoke English. This seems quiet unfortunate for the hotel with international guests. It was quite difficult to order for a dinner. Finally we (with my work colleague) received something which I consider as a starter but the price for this dinner was not adequate to the amount of food. The Wi-fi did not work and they were not able to repeat it.

The place is located close to Thales Alenia Space, which is great for business. The room was clean and the WIFI works well. The breakfast service is ok for a hotel of this quality.

I missed to have an iron in the room. The bedroom did not have side tables to each side of the bed. The room itself had a "funny" smell produced by the air conditioning systems.

Good option in the industrial area

Expensive for the services provided. The restaurant menu was good, although it is repeated through the days, for example we got on Tuesday the same as on Monday.

Good location for work.

The aircon units in the rooms are very noisy. I switched mine off, but could still hear ones in neighbouring rooms. But just slightly annoying.

Located far from city centre - you will need a car for transport and expect travel time to be more than 40 minutes during peak time to and from city centreCleaners did not change towels (they were visibly left on floor) nor empty bins - when reception was informed, although we were given new towels, there was no rectification for un-emptied bins (which were full) which I found disappointing for a 4 star hotelNo apology was given for ‘accidentally’ adding a breakfast fee upon checkout

Comfort of the bedroom

So we stayed for 1 night, we where just passing head home, coming from hollydays, and had 2000klms to travel(3 adults 2 girls 5&8 years). Réservation done by booking for 1 deluxe triple bed room, we even ask for bed configuration to all family. And when we arrive to check in, surprise surprise. We had to purchase 1 extra room (100€) for the night because " Hotel rules " maximum 4 people in room when we have 3 adults and 2 little girls 5&8. Little one allways sleep with us, even more when away from their own room/home they said not extra bed permitted. When I had a triple deluxe room with beds for everyone. And even more unacceptable, When I ask for the final bill my 2 daughters (5 & 8) where not charged the night taxes because they are not adults, but they counted to the "hotel rules" so they can sell us an extra room that we didn't need. ( If you stay here you need 1 more room or leave and no refund ). One thing for sure, I'll never come back.

Menu for dinner was a bit short.Terrace for dinner was a bit small.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good and well prepared. The access to TAS was fantastic.

The location is a bit remote. The window has to be kept shut for security reasons on the ground floor, there was no option to open it a few cm's for circulation. The shower drain was not flowing properly.

Was nice an had everything you needed. Restaurant was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The room is quite small, not great for remote work.

Disappointing

Breakfast was really disappointing as when we sat down at 8am there was virtually nothing left!

Excellent staff - very baby friendly and very accommodating for us.

It was all good.

In COVID times the facilities are limited, but not their fault.
