Great location, very friendly staff. Breakfast is included and a nice spread (same every day) in a small corner of the bar. Rooms are very basic with no extras but you are getting what you pay for.

Comfy rooms. Excellent breakfast. And an ideal location in walking distance of the main tourist sites. Also, the staff were friendly.

Fabulous location right on Place du Capitole, wonderful, helpful, friendly staff, beautifully renovated rooms, and extensive breakfast selections.

We had 2 separate rooms each with it's own bathroom in a suite off the main hallway. Excellent value

The parking lot was very close but we had trouble understanding the instructions for getting in and out and being able to use the hotel discount. When we told the staff we paid full price they were very concerned and wanted to rectify the problem . It was a language issue regarding the specific instructions which were told to us but not clearly enough. Perhaps written instructions given to the guest would help.

Our stay was so perfect from the time we booked this hotel until the check out through out. Great communication with detailed information for check in and parking instructions. Thanks to this, getting to the car park and walking to the hotel was so easy. Warm friendly welcome with professionalism from the reception and hotel team. Great selection & yummy breakfast items. Unbeatable location in the city centre with parking facility (Public parking facility located under the Capitole Square offered at 50% discount) . Unfortunately we had stayed only for 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy the city in the fullest. When we return to Toulouse, we will definitely choose this hotel without any hesitation. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Location is amazing!

Water leaks from the shower under the glass, making a mess on the bathroom floor. We had to put down extra towels to prevent this. The parking ticket issued through the hotel didn’t let us out of the parking garage, and we ended up paying extra to get out. We were running short on time to reach our next destination, so we couldn’t sort it out with the hotel, and the parking garage attendant was nowhere to be found. Make sure to allow extra time upon departure if you’re driving.

The location was great! Entrance was right in the main plaza but you couldn't even tell. Noise levels were quiet and the entrance was sort of set further in. The room was great, clean and comfortable and a good breakfast with decent amount of selections.

There could be some more warm options for the breakfast otherwise it was great.

Beautiful place and a wonderful view! Everything was extremely comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind. We had one night booked and came back fairly late but still wanted a drink before bed. The bartender let us buy a bottle of wine and glasses to enjoy in the room! The breakfast (best hangover food everrrr) was incredible. The little courtyard - wow. So many places to chill before preparing to walk around the busy city.

The breakfast had a lot of variety but the scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were cold.

The staff were professional while also kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags and check in early. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very well located and about a 20-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the lobby/bar/ breakfast area is nicely decorated and welcoming. I appreciated the coffee and water available at all times in the lobby.

The shower required a large step up and the glass was not secured. This made for a bit of a hazard as the floor would get wet and you would have to take a large step out of the shower onto a damp floor.

Great location, very helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable beds! Would book them again in the future! Appreciated the extra communication about parking which was so helpful since the city is full of people that enjoy being out and about regardless of cars!

There is no safe deposit box or refrigerator in the room. This is usually standard in hotels we stay so it was disappointing not to have these basic amenities.

It's in the heart of the city, but actually really quiet because of the courtyard that surround the rooms facing inward.

Nothing. It was perfect for me., However, if you have a car, this would not be an ideal place to stay. This hotel is great if you are on foot or using public transport.

The location was perfect! You step out of the hotel and you’re on the Capitole Square. I loved that I was able to walk EVERYWHERE and be at the center of the town. I didn’t use a taxi once I arrived because all the sights are within walking distance. [note: I am an avid walker so the location was perfect for my preference]. The metro is also very close so you can take the metro if you wish. The property is well designed - modern, very comfortable, double paned windows to keep the noise out. The breakfast is very good with many options- eggs, bacon, sausage; croissants with many types of bread, jams and honey; fruit platter; yoghurts; coffee and tea. You will be full The staff were very helpful and kind. It’s an excellent property.

There is no safe in the room. It’s not a dislike, only a comment for improvement.

The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievable - all the pastries and fresh fruit I could eat! And the location was superb. I treated myself to a room overlooking the Place du Capitole and the view did not disappoint!

The shower pressure was non-existent. I thought that it was because I may have showered at the same time as everyone else the first morning (around 9.30am), but the second morning I was in the shower at 5.30 and the pressure was still just as bad.

The location is great. The rooms were clean and newer. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were all helpful.

Parking was close by, the GPS took us down wrong streets so it was hard to find the first time. Don’t use Apple Maps.

The hotel is very well located if you are someone who can walk around comfortably. If you are using a walker or a wheelchair, then you’re gonna have problems navigating both out in the street near it and also entering the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff at the reception was very kind and gave us a handicap accessible room when they saw that my husband was using a walker. That made our stay very improved. The breakfast buffet is also very nice.

There is only one thing that resembles a ramp for handicap or people with disabilities and that is closed after a certain time of the day, and you cannot use it. So my husband with a walker was forced to carry his walker up and down several stairs when we went out in the evening. The parking lot they use is also very unfriendly for people with limited mobility, and there is only one elevator that goes to street level, which was out of service. The hotel does not control that, but it just added to a very uncomfortable vacation in terms of getting around.
