- The staff at the desk were very helpful and accommodating, and everything was no trouble
- Staff was really kind and room was really clean. Location is excellent with all you need around, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, transports.
- A convenient location. Close to tram stations. Fair price.
Cons -
- It was hot and we could barely open the window for air because there was too many people down in the street late at night shouting and with music.
- Noisy neighbourhood. Passing keys to reception when leave the hotel.
- The staff were not friendly and there was hair in the bed the first night we got there. It was small which we expected, but it always smelled like smoke or baby powder for some reason. It was really noisy outside all the time.
