Pros +
- The staff are tremendous. hotel employee was great, and the coffee she brewed for breakfast was the best. Guy was very friendly and helpful in recommending where to go to eat and to see the sights. If I ever go back to Cannes, I'd book this hotel again.
- The breakfast, the parking and the location
- We booked the room with the terrace and I truly appreciated having that extra space and the view. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very hard working and pleasant.
Cons -
- Make sure you book the parking, it’s small
- We were travelling with an older relative who found the uphill walk to be difficult so that is one thing to consider. Being North American I’m not use to 3 pm check in’s especially after overnight flights although the hotel did have our room ready slightly earlier than that & we were most thankful. The safe was very small. Feel the property could use at least one more staff member.
- In the photos, the rooms look a bit bigger, but it turned out we could barely open our suitcase.

A very nice and charming little hotel in a vintage style. Breakfast was lovely, served in the hotel’s beautiful garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking available, but it needs to be reserved in advance. The location is excellent — we hardly used our car.

The room, while a little small, was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was excellent, especially given the very warm weather when we visited. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Marie-Anne. An excellent little hotel, I’d go back!
It is about 10 minutes from the main area for bars and restaurants in Cannes with a bit of a hill to walk up. But this does make it lovely and quiet in the evening and at night.
Not too far from the port
We were on the second and there is no elevator but the hotel is very quiet and nice
The staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. Close enough to the action, but out of the fray. Very comfortable room. A bit small, but fine for our purposes.
We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host before our arrival was excellent – very clear and friendly, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel has a lovely artsy design touch, both in the common areas and in the rooms, giving it a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality – definitely a great start to the day. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to the sea and the main promenade in the town center, which made exploring the area super convenient. Parking was also well arranged: there's a paid option right next to the hotel (€12/night), or you can find free spots nearby in the public white-striped zones. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, providing great tips and useful information about the area. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely recommend it!
Excellent location, lovely staff, comfortable and clean room - definitely recommend
The hotel was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk into Cannes city center. Parking was available upon our request and our room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is clean and although we didn't opt for breakfast, it looked like a great choice and many people seemed to be enjoying it. Our host was very kind, he laid out all the information we needed to know. We ended up staying one more night because the hotel was comfortable and in a great location.
Like most small boutique hotels, you can hear noise from other guests walking in the hallways, shutting/opening their doors, but it didn't bother us, just be prepared if this kind of thing bothers you.
Very cute small hotel in a nice location with beautiful views. The most lovely host I’ve met, at the reception, very kind welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was arranged for us earlier because of an early flight and it was a great start to the day.Very comfortable bed, slept very well. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. The terrace was really nice and big and would have loved to spend more time there and enjoy it.
We didn’t spend that much time to notice anything that would bother us.
Helpful staff. Nice room. Good breakfast. Quiet location. Parking on site.
Anola, our host, was wonderful, a joy to deal with. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The location is a short drive from the croisette, and parking is excellent. Our room had a view of the harbor. Rooms are recently renovated. The owner of the hotel was genuinely concerned for the comfort of the guests. Would return to this quaint hotel in a heartbeat!
check in went well. All details were given in advance. Room was clean and comfortable-
The WIFI signal was non existent. On the booking site it was indicated that the hotel had parking. And needed to be reserved as there was limited spaces. The 10 euro charge isnt mentioned. Maybe it was in the fine print.
great host, small and nice room, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast
everything was ok
Pleasant
They do not cater to dietary requirements for breakfast. I had informed them well ahead of time that I was gluten free and the hotel responded that they had received my message. Upon arriving, the lady at reception advised that they did not cater to dietary requirements and then asked me what gluten was. When I explained she responded with 'You can eat cheese'. As we had already paid for breakfast, I went to the local supermarket, a 5 minute walk from the hotel and bought some gluten free bread and took it with me to breakfast the next day. When we arrived in the breakfast room the same lady gave us an odd look and said 'I'm sorry but why are you here? You don't have breakfast included in your booking'. I told her that we did and there was a long awkward wait whilst she went to check and found that we did indeed have breakfast included. Putting that aside, we had the room downstairs and it was the most uncomfortable bed we'd ever slept in. So for us, we didn't enjoy this hotel. I did however witness the same lady be very friendly towards children staying at the hotel, so perhaps good for families.
Very nice room with enough space for luggage and with a good infrastructure, like a small fridge with reasonably priced soda beverages. Nice patio, very functional and nicely decorated shower. Private parking behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. About a ten minute walk to Cannes city center and la croisette beach. Bus stop not even 1 min away.
Our air condition made some noise, independently of the setting. As the building is not new, you can hear other guests - but that did not bother us as it’s not home after all ;-)
Location
Our experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. We had paid for a superior room but were given a comfort room instead, without any explanation or attempt to make things right. The breakfast is nothing short of a scam – the selection is very limited, with stale products, including old bread. They even charge 2€ for coffee, and you only get two pastries per couple, which is absurd. The hotel is also severely lacking in soundproofing. You can hear everything going on in neighboring rooms, making it hard to relax. One night, we could smell someone smoking marijuana, and with no staff present in the afternoon or at night, there was no one to address the issue. The parking situation is just as frustrating – the lot is small, tight, and difficult to maneuver in. All in all, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Fabulous staff and very comfortable bed.
The walk uphill from town … buts it’s not really that bad !
Beautiful room and property! The balcony on our room had the best view and was so nice. Clean and tastefully designed.
It was very uphill from all the places we wanted to be. We liked the quiet of the neighborhood, but found the uphill walk to return annoying.
