A beautiful boutique hotel set in a very verdant almost tropical garden Compact but a delight Bed comfy and everywhere very clean

The hotel has made the very best of its limited space So very little disappointment

It was very centrally located. It took us only a couple of minutes to be by the beach.

The hotel facilities need improvement. There was no water in the mini bar.

Communication with the hotel’s staff was unacceptable. I had to call them many times just to give me the code for the entrance, so we had to wait outside the building till we get a response. After entering the building they didnt provide information about in which floor the apartment is located, and even when I asked, they told me to enter the wrong door. The room was okay-okay, bottles of soap were empty both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. So we had to buy our own. I booked the place for 4 people and there were towels only for 2. There was one bed and one sofa-bed that was not prepared/open as a bed so I had to call them again and ask for instructions on how to open it which was not the easiest thing and I was expecting it to be ready. The bedsheets inside the sofa did not seem as clean as in the bedroom. Overall the apartment had a lot of problems in the shower and the bathroom in general. Nevertheless, the location is great for strolling around the center of Cannes.

The location was convenient.

Apon check in they were not aware l book a twin. Then we are told there is an extra charge of €15 for that request. On this site after choosing the double/ twin room l thought l paid a final fee. It’s misleading to be charged again for a twin. During the night someone with a key came in yelling hello then quickly left after we replied half asleep, and again first and thing in the morning. When l spoke with the front desk they were not helpful, had no idea why this happened. No apology, no compensation. No sense of responsibility. One of the beds was very squeezy which resulted in a very bad nights sleep. The hotel is located close to bars so it’s not that quiet during the night as they claim. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. You won’t sleep well if located at the front of the hotel.

Nice location on close by the city and the highway. Nice room, large bathroom, making our stay easy and relaxed, also clean and super friendly personnel!

The room did not really offer you privacy since the door was rather thin and the room was next to the corridor of the reception.

Small wierd window. The ”view” is to inner ”gulley”, I couldn’t see anything except other windows!! No sun light, nothing.Strong smell in towelsNo proper blanket, just a sheetDirt in the curtainFelt claustrophobic because of the room size & window ”view”. Definitely not a 3 star experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very nice little hotel in a nice area close to the sea. Cozy small restaurant outside in the shade of the trees. We liked it all.A super thank you to the lady at the reception desk - our car was towed away from the parking space that unexpectedly became a market on Sunday morning….Don’t know what would we do without her. She called the police and explained everything to us so we knew what to do. Great thanks and appreciation!

Although the adress of our apartment was different than the adress of the hotel, the location was not bad, it was in the le suquet district of Cannes, close to many restaurants, cafes, markets etc. The room itself was nice.

It was a shock for us when they told us we have to go somewhere else for our stay. The apartment was not in the hotel and this was written nowhere before. We arrived on a rainy evening, with luggages and two little children, it was not that easy walking 1 km under the rain! We had no clue about where the apartment was, so a hotel staff walked with us and showed our apartment. Second schock was the entrance of the building... there were very steep and narrow stairs to the apartment. Two people cannot climb the stairs side by side. I don't need to mention how hard it was to carry our stroller every time when we went out.

We did not use breakfast;great position in the heart of downtown and so close to the seaside!

my "garden view" room for which I paid an additional amount was just on the first floor and the small balcony too "skewd" on the side, so the view was not worth the money upgrade in my opinion

The bed was very slim to share but the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was pretty basic but good for what it was. Hotel is extremely central, you can exit onto the shopping strip and it's about 10 mins from the beach.

Very skinny bed for a double. Small shower too but you just make it work.

Location.

The lights in the bathroom and the room were not working. When this was communicated to the owner , he was rude and arrogant. On asking for a refund he was saying ‘ i will not give because you are asking . He was not polite. The shower area drainage was clogged and water-was not getting drained and this would get the water out in other areas of the bathroom and in the room

Very nice stuff, clean, I stayed 2 nights, close to beach and to Main Street and restaurants, excellent location and reasonable price, I am happy to choose this hotel

Breakfast is good but would be better to have more food variety, but all good

The view, staff, room

Quite clean, Location is close to the beach and center but even though we had windows on garden, it was too much noise from the cars. Also some women stayed in the garden talking so loud in the garden till deep night that was impossible to sleep.

Our room was extremely small that impossible to move for 2 guests. The floor and walls are very old that I scared to touch anything. All furniture is very old and needed reconstruction. Only bathroom is renovated.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in Cannes, affordable at price and located brilliantly only 3 minutes away from the public beach and directly in the main shopping street Rue d‘Antibes. Both the Reception Manager and the Owner of the Hotel who I had chance to meet deserve nothing but compliments and gratitude. I would like to thank them to make our stay so nice.

The staff was amazing, the early and late checkout (with fee) was facilitated along with a car parking

Few flies in our bathroom I don’t know why, cleaners could have been a bit more on point. However common areas were clean at allTime.

Excellent service , polite staff,clean rooms and very good prices , the view to the garden is also amazing . Enjoyed a lot our vacation there Will definitely come back
