Location, staff, the bed .

Bathroom was not as expected. To take a shower I had to learn with trials and errors how to use it. Very complicated. Water was dripping outside. Everytime I had to mop the floor.

Maybe some rooms need more maintenance, for example some floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and of course they need to be repaired and the cleanliness of the pool was a problem, I got there one day and just some sunbeds had a mattress, for the rest of them you will stay on the iron sunbed which is not very comfortable….

Privacy, high usability and easy access to all services (breakfast, parking, spa, etc). Comfort of the room.

Loved the spacious room and bathroom. Comfy beds.

Gave us 1 set of towels for the whole week. Made us pay for extra towels. €5 each towel. No room service. No cleaning service. Not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

I want a full refund as I have reported multiple times about the hotel failure to provide the booked services

Housekeeping is very expensive, no clean towels, AC in bedroom of 401 was not working , swimming pool water was not clean and my daughter got skin infection so far I didn’t get my deposit 300 euros

Air conditioning

By no metric is this a 4 star hotel. The blonde girl at the front desk in particular does not speak or respond or look at you when you speak, really baffling to see that. She was so incredibly unhelpful, she only speaks when you annoy her. The other people at the front desk were much more helpful (like the one who actually called to check if our room was ready before 3pm, which it was). Whoever manages this place also does a very bad job. Toilet paper left in the lobby for more than 6 hours (see photo), cleaning cart blocking the emergency exit for more than 12 hours (see photo). The carpets are also unbelievably stained (see photo, carpet was completely covered in brown stains just like that all the way). Cleaning people also extremely rude beyond belief. You also need to take out your own trash, despite them keeping the kitchen area of the room locked, which to me makes no sense, never seen that in any hotel. Laundry room also disgusting. Pool was super cold, after we tried using it we also kept seeing someone with equipment testing the water, it looked like he was getting samples of the water quality, which also did not seem like a good sign. Coffee machine downstairs would have been nice, but in 5 days we were there it never got restocked so could not use. It's hard to find anything that was positive about our stay here. Especially the rudeness of the blond girl and cleaning ladies. Also there is no "do not disturb" thing you can put on your door, but don't worry as they will not bother cleaning anything when you are there even if for 5 days. A two star hotel is much closer to this than a five star one is by every metric.

The sofa bed was not arranged as bed when we arrived and we had to make it too tired after a long trip to get there

Location was amazing! Everything you need is in walking distance. All the items you need to make your stay comfortable is within the apartment

Very dusty!! Any move you make creates alot of dust in the air. The apartment could be a little cleaner in terms of wiping down the cupboards themselves. The water in the bathroom sinks and bathtub takes forever to drain out.

The location was nice and local to a train station and center

No good customer service from the staffOn the website it says that chromecasting is possible, when we got there they told us it’s not possible so that was a bit annoying Airconditioning didn’t work when the room gets pretty hot in the evening The gym facility was very very small and machines were broken I would not stay here again

Perfect Location, close to shops and boulevard. Nice apartment with own kitchen and balcony. Heated pool. Good comfy beds.

Room next to us had a party starting Monday night 00h30 until 8h30 in the morning with loud music. People of reception tried to solve it but they didn’t open the door. They lost their deposit, they didn’t care. At 4h00 in the morning we have been upgraded to another room on other Floor, Nice apartment and people of reception were very kind but we just slept 1 hour that night. We didn’t took the breakfast but a real pity is that you can’t order a cappuccino in the morning. Than you have to take the whole breakfast what we didn’t want. Sauna only in the evening open.

location. Always friendly staff. Clean. Comfy bed (super important when it’s exhausting experience with the festival). Big bathroom! Quiet during the night. Basically everything. This year we got a spacious apartment room, liked it a lot.

we need blanket for sofa bed instead of just bed sheets, but the property couldnt offer any spares. It didn’t make anything bad for us but it somehow feels like it’s not really expecting us to use the sofa bed… This is like the only flaw and I do wish to see some improvements when I come back

superb apartment... clean linens... everything extra clean and tidy... very spacious and well equipped rooms. swimming pool and sauna... clean and very welcoming reception... very friendly staff... great price. we will be back

Location is good, walking distance to the restaurants. Facilities are reasonably good. There is a small swimming pool. The gym is very basic and small though.

No cleaning service (which was known). The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and the basin was clogged. Informed the staff but no one came to check.

The location is absolutely amazing and the room was spacious.

Although it is an Appart Hotel our kitchen was locked. It doesn’t have amenities (shampoo, conditioner..) and they don’t have a daily cleaning crew.
