    Pros +

    • Location is great, 7-10 mins walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the center, and good service, room is clean and staff very friendly!
    • Rooms are nice and as pictured, beds are very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Good location for walking to train station, and main shopping area.
    • Very polite and eager to assist staff, clean room and cozy design inside and the outside full of plants

    Cons -

    • Parking spots are not enough, and as you can’t book in advance, mostly likely the first night you won’t be able to park in the hotel. Also room is quite small, hard to find space to open a big luggage
    • Our reservation for twin room wasn’t available until our second night - I was traveling with my teenage son.
    • Room very small. Mattress not comfortable. Bad value for money given location.Breakfast 20 eur too expensive whereas basic.

    Close to the train station

The shower diverter that makes the wand work was broken the TV remote was not working even though I put new batteries in it and I had to put a remote on my phone to actually use the Tv and the small bed sucked I actually slept on the floor because of it

The hotel overall is good - great location, nice rooms, spacious bathrooms and friendly staff.

Upon checking into the hotel we found dirty trash left behind by the cleaner. It left an unpleasant taste for the rest of the stay.

Excellent location and professional staff. The hotel’s setting is ideal—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we needed. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

    No complaints

The little patio outside, the breakfast spot, overall design

The staff, especially Adolfo at the reception welcomed us very rudely. Booking provided us with the option of late check out at 1pm but at the reception we were told that the option never existed and we needed to check out at 11. But that option was crucial for us for selecting that particular hotel. He also provided us with the worst room in the category that we had booked, so there was not enough space to accomodate 2 suitcases in the room and one was put in the bedroom in damp conditions

Clean and great location. Great for family stay!

    A little overpriced.

Proof that you don't need to be rich to stay in Cannes! The room, while small, was completely fine for one person on a business trip and despite not being on the beach, you're only a five-minute walk from the heart of the action. The staff were excellent and spoke great English. They had the customer service-oriented mentality that has sadly been lost in much of the US (where I'm from).

The only thing I would have liked at this price point is instant coffee and tea in the room (since they provide an electric kettle). Of course, this isn't the Hilton, but if you are coming to Cannes for work, as I did, this is a completely satisfactory option.

    Location

The location is excellent, but unfortunately we were given one of the worst rooms — small, dark, and on the lowest level. It didn’t compare to the other rooms we saw, which looked much nicer. Disappointing stay, especially considering how promising the property appeared.

    The value for money

Late check in & cleanliness & something doesn’t work like the door fobs

The garden and the location and the cleanliness

The staff, on the last day the concierge was super rude forcibly kicking us out of the hotel with an attitude instead of trying to explain to us calmly that they had guests and needed the room faster. So disappointed

    10abdelhalimPosted on: 4-27-2025

Sidney was very polite, good to us and professional. Hospitaly business needs more people like him.The hotel is well located and clean. The only down part is the missing kettle in the room, but once again Sidney was always around to help.

For 2 days the lift didn’t work and all of guests used stairs, this hotel has one lift!!!

    8NinaPosted on: 2-28-2025

Nice design, really good bathroom fixtures, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. No coffee/tea in the room. There's a road right in front of the hotel, might be a bit noisy for a light sleepers.Breakfast is not worth its money in my opinion. The bar was closed too early, at a bit past 21 already.
