Amazing staff great location and amenities! At 7pm-7:30pm they give you a complimentary wine from the owners family vineyard. Very close to the beach and great night life.

Parking was a little difficult but you can easily go to two garages close by if the lot is full!

After 15 years of travelling to Cannes this is our favourite hotel. Its a great location, it has on site parking, the staff are very helpful, the pool area is a really good size with full sunshine all afternoon and set in a lovely garden. The rooms are very spacious and we particularly rate the bathrooms. We always have a room overlooking the pool and garden and find the balcony area excellent. The on site bar is great for an afternoon aperitif.

We like everything and will be returning.

The location.

The hotel claims it is 4 stars but it’s barely a 3. The breakfast is really below average, poorly maintained and over priced. It is advertised as a “continental breakfast buffet” but it is barely that. Things like fried eggs or omelette are an extra charge even if breakfast is fully paid with the rooms. We have never seen ANY hotel charge extra for a different style of eggs.Cleanliness is below average. Many times dirt was not cleaned and towels had a musty unclean smell right after being replaced. The rates are too high for this hotel and its services.

Great central location in Cannes, with available parking on-site. You're able to walk anywhere in Cannes downtown from the hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff who were gracious during our stay and helped us out with excellent recommendations for dining options around town.

Rooms were clean and a decent size for Cannes, but amenities and comfort are more basic for a 4* hotel

The room was big and had a lot of closet Space.

There was no cold air conditioner, because apparently they only turn it on in the summer therefore we had to sleep with the windows open and of course, since it’s a well located area, it’s also noisy so needless to say I didn’t actually get to sleep much which was the whole purpose of staying in a hotel, to sleep. Had I known there was no air conditioning I would have never stayed here. This is deceitful advertisement.

The location is good. It's close to the station and the beach. The room is clean. There are many choices for breakfast. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The Wi-Fi has strange limitations. I can receive YouTube videos smoothly, but I can't post photos on my social App and log in to my mobile games.

Absolutely wonderful! Tucked away in a quiet scenic neighborhood, the facility was clean, charming, and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, the free glass of wine and snack at 6:30 warm was a wonderful way to meet others. Best of all were the staff at the reception. Every language was spoken and each and everyone was friendly and helpful. This is a place I could call home and will definetly return to next time I am in Cannes. Thank you to the owners who clearly have a gem!

Great beautiful small hotell with really friendly staff (thank you Stéphanie for making us feel so welcome). The location cannot be better. Nice with a pool in the center of Cannes, I think that is rare.

It seems there is no air conditioning in the rooms and at night it was a bit warm and I am not sure if that would work in the middle of the summer if we went back at that time a year.

Lovely small hotel in a great location with fantastic staff who went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The garden view room was peaceful and had comfortable beds and a good size balcony with a nice view of the grounds.It was only a few minutes walk to the beach or the town centre and about ten minutes to the station. Breakfasts were very nice and we had the choice of eating inside or in the garden by the pool.If we come to Cannes again, this will be our first choice.

Leaving.

Our large garden facing room, with sun beds and table and chairs on balcony was very comfortable. Light and airy room , quiet fridge, quiet area and hotel at night, good aircon when needed. Large bathroom had bath,over bath shower and separate shower. Well serviced and clean. Staff were absolutely delightful, spoke excellent English and were helpful, engaging and seemed happy in their work. Decent breakfast choices. Pleasant low key music in bar breakfast area. So enjoyed the complementary wine at 7.00 each evening. Easy walk to town and beach. It's a lovely traditional hotel. Would stay here again.

Towels weren't the best. A few mosquitoes in and around bar breakfast area and in our room.

The location was perfect: only minutes from the beach and boardwalk. The bathroom was roomy and well lit. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace that had loungers, a retractable awning, and a little patio set.

Lovely staff, so friendly and willing to help. Hotel, very clean modern and comfortable.
