Very close to train station and Palais des Festivals exhibition centre. Small friendly hotel. Restaurants and cafes round the corner. Good value.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner , but not a problem.

I came straight from the train station and the front desk was very quick to get me checked in. I ate something that didn't sit well on the train from Italy and none of the wc at the station were open, so I truly appreciate how fast it was and letting me use the wc quickly. The room was great. It took me a little bit to figure out the TV as it was unplugged. When I tried to plug it in, it didn't fit right. Finally I figured out the plug pushed much further in. Not sure if it's a safety function, but it worked. I slept great and was ready to go in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and very flexible. Very cozy place to stay.

IT'S GOOD FOR ONE NIGHT, NO MORE... THE ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS (DOORS) NEED TO BE REFURBISHED. THE BUILDING IS VERY OLD. THE LOCATION IS IDEAL, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH.

The business nearby was a little noisy from very early, maybe because our room was immediately above it

The host is very nice, very available and he provided valuable insights. The hotel is in a perfect location very close to restaurants, train station and close to Cannes old city center. The hotel has a very nice decoration, light soft and warm. Very comfortable.I will definitely come back!

Location

The shower in room 51 was only hand held, since there is no shower curtain it messed up the whole bathroom. The tub is old and needs to be changed.

Great hotel in an excellent location on a quiet pedestrian street.very comfortable bed & powerful shower.only 5 minutes walk from the promenade.very good value for money in Nov.

It was super close to the train station and the staff was super accommodating. It was close and easy and I had a good time there.

I wish the bath tub had a plug because that was the entire reason I booked the better room. All I wanted was a bath.

Rooms are clean. The hotel is very close to the main station and Palais De Congress. Shopping was easy because all the department stores are within reach.

The lift and rooms can feel small.

The staff were wonderful, the location is great, near the train station located in front of Gallery Lafayette, approach to everything by walk, plenty of restaurants, and breakfast bakery that opens around 8 am (average). The room was recently renovated, the bathroom looks not bed, and clean.

The soundproofing within the hotel was already poor, and we were given a room right next to the dining area and directly in front of the kitchen. You can imagine how awkward this was. Every morning, we were woken up by the noise of staff preparing breakfast and the chatter of guests. It was especially awkward when stepping out of the room, as breakfast guests seemed surprised that there was even a room there!I genuinely believe this room should be reserved for emergencies, like walk-in customers when the hotel is fully booked. Considering we booked this trip well in advance, so I don't think at that point we could ask for a change of the room, it was very disappointing.

Condition of towels is not good - there was stains on few towels in the room. Hair dryer very dirty, needs replacement.

Location and cleanliness

Continuous movement/noises in corridor just outside my door at 5 in the morning.

Perfect location, spotless clean, the whole room but especially the bathroom looked like we were the first to ever use them. Prices are really high but compared to other hotels in Cannes this PLM offers a great ratio. I highly recommand it!

Nothing much, maybe the noisy mornings but it's a small price to pay for staying in the very heart of the old town.

The room was very comfortable, good air conditioning and a good shower. Easy to access downtown.

Only complaint is that I stubbed my toe twice on the small step up into the bathroom. Which I should have paid better attention when walking in
