Good view location ok not bad

Not stay at all, because they service was the worst in my life. Almost we have to sleep on the street.

All in general was bad.Unfortunately we could not even entry to the property. None answered my call for information needed to access the parking lot or any other info.

The room was very small, tiny beds, but mostly cat pee was all over the outside in the hallway and also inside the room. When we told the manager she told us she could not change our room and she had no staff to prepare another room. Very bad stay, we had to rent another hotel…

Did not see a member of staff once. We arrived in the evening to check in to all the doors and gates locked. Luckily another resident staying there explained how to unlock the door with our code ( no instructions for this sent to us) our code never worked to get the keys out but luckily another guest arrived and theirs did . All keys just sitting in a box anyone could take them all once they have opened for themselves which we found very odd. Room wasn’t very clean, beds were pretty shocking. Kitchenware was not washed properly by previous guests and it was obvious cleaners had not checked this. Definitely not suitable for 3 adults so not sure why it was suggested we book that room. Location is super far away from the main centre.

There were children throwing up in the poolAnd having diarrhea outside of the pool and even tho several parents told the staff no one came to clean anything up. The parents were given white hotel towels to dab diarrhea of the pool floor! Nothing was sanitized! All staff were saying that it’s not their job to tend to it. I have written to the main office no one got back to me. We were not able to enjoy the pool at all…… there are no umbrellas so little kids were getting sick from heat exhaustion and were throwing up and having diarrhea! This was disgusting. Staff were rude! There was a 1.5 day delay of placing us in the correct room which wasted our vacation time….. then they charged us more for putting us in a smaller room then we booked. No one was helpful! They were rude the entire time.Elevators didn’t work. The bathrooms had black mould around all the tin rims! Another health hazard! This is not a safe family accommodation. Nothing was clean. It was disgusting. I have never stayed at such horrible accommodation!

1-The receptionists were great and cooperative 2- The price was economic

1- pictures were not the same as reality (reality much smaller)2- door didn’t lock3- elevator didn’t work4- building looks old and worn out (definitely not as picture)5- got something different from description ( 3 beds and there were no beds!!!)6- I cancelled my entire reservation and booked somewhere else, and they did not refund me.7-The head office were not cooperative at all.8- prior to my arrival the communication with the reception was very difficult since it’s not open 24 hours (they don’t they don’t respond to messages you actually have to call).

Location is very good. Close to shops, restaurants and a 20 minute scenic walk to the centre. Beach is very close. Pool is nice. Sea view from the balcony was beautiful.

Reception hours are very limited. Check-in and getting any sort of information is not easy. Rooms are small but comfortable for 2 people. Air conditioning was disabled making the small area of the bedroom very warm for sleeping with no airflow. The pool area is very nice but no comfort due to the guy blowing his whistle every few minutes at the smallest of issues. We were told we could not drink from our bottle of 7up on the loungers as water was only allowed. Dare not get too close to the pool with flip flops or you will get approached at great speed by the whistle-man roaring at you.

Absolute poor communication, they didn’t even respond to my messages, very limited bathroom supplies

The personnel was kind and helpful. The hotel was very safe and the garage had helped us very much. The view from our room was nice. The room was very well equipped if you wanted to cook. The distance from the city center wasn't too far.

The room had a smell, perhaps from cooking, that stayed all the days. The bed was squeaking, and it was difficult to sleep. The WI-FI was non- existent, although it was free.

The stayed wasn't too bad but the problem I had children and the WiFi was poor

The location is good, easy access to Cannes either by bus or you can walk on the see side. The apartment complex is clean and guarded. We had an apartment with see and pool view which was nice. The apartment building has a very strict quiet hours policy so it was calm in the evening, we had a good night sleep.

The apartment needs refurbishing. It’s very basic, honestly I didn’t liked the interior at all. The bed is on the smaller side, due to the size of the bedroom. It was the first time I had to make my bed, it seems to be their policy.
