Location is amazing and very walkable to everything. Large room.

We normally stay in five-star hotels, but this time wanted to go on a budget. The rooms for clean and perfectly enough to just stay overnight. The location was very good and also train station and parking is super close. Above all the staff was very kind and flexible regarding late check out and breakfast times. They were also very pet friendly. they also took quick care of small problems with the shower.

If you’re looking for only nice and clean overnight stay, this is a great choice and affordable. This is not a hotel to spend your day in but perfect if you want to save your money and spend it on the beach clubs and shopping instead.

Great location, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff and had a great breakfast in the morning.

Basic hotel in a good location, friendly and efficient staff.

Room was basic but clean

Location was superb, breakfast was okay, first night was cheap second was okay.

The breakfast tables were not cleaned after the guests, so a lot of stuff was left on all tables and even no guest was here you had to look for an empty table. Was hard to find because of that many plates around. Plates at the buffet were out, nobody restocked them.

The location was very convenient as it was at the heart of the city. Many different cafes, restaurants and shops around. No need to take breakfast at the hotel as there are many other places in the vicinity.

The room was too small. The Hotel itself is very small, the entrance and reception is a tight corridor.

Great location, near station and restaurants but the room was very quiet. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Quite a small room but fine for a couple of nights.

Great central location and good breakfast. Room was a king suite which was lovely and spacious.

Lack of tea making facilities and no mini fridge.

Breakfast was amazing. Hot water direct like we love. Location is fantastic. Service was wonderful. Landolt is a very professional and friendly. Can’t admit his manners and attitude.

One thing is missing it’s a slippers for room.

The room was very small. The bathroom very old without extra toilet paper. Very basic and poor breakfast. The WiFi was not working

Nice bed. Really nice modern bathroom. We were on theTop floor with lovely viewIn the Center of Cannes.

Location is good Staff on reception are very friendly

They even don't have bottled water. The cleaning lady was screaming and banging on our door all the time, saying something in French, we didn't understand what she wanted, it was very strange.

Hello, your manager was very rude, did not let me leave my luggage, I spoke with another receptionist, we discussed and agreed on everything, then he came, started saying that he has different rules, swearing at me. Today I have a checkout, when I left he started swearing, getting emotional, taking my time. What kind of hotel is this? I called a taxi and am waiting, and am wasting time again

The location was amazing because the Cannes train station was only a 2 minute walk. The room was also clean and spacious. Lanvolt was very helpful and made the check out process very simple. The hotel felt very safe for me as a solo female traveler. I will come back again next time I’m in Cannes.
