Eden Hotel & Spa

The location was decent and close enough to the water. The pool, steam room and sauna in the spa area were very nice.

The rooms were dated and the air conditioning did not work or at least not very well.

No balcony view, not close to the water... for the extra money, go for the 5-star places instead!

The breakfast

The spa accomodation was not in line what was mentioned on the website.

Very good

Not enough lightings in the room when you travel for business. Working desk is small - suggest removing the coffee machine from the desk. Water should be given complimentary daily.

Bed was lovely and comfortable. Great pressure out of the shower. Lovely selection at breakfast and great food.

Bed was a little hard

The staff were all very helpful, and breakfast was fine.

Hotel is at the end of Rue D'Antibes about 15/20 mins from the Palais, and overlooking the motorway at the back. There is a nasty smell in reception, and the whole place needs a major refurb - behind every facade there was dust and grime. The elevator is old and the rooms are small and very basic, low quality bathrooms etc. Even the coat hangers don't work! The 'pool' on the top floor requires extra payment and I could touch both sides when fully stretched so is more of a tub than a pool, plus in need of upgrade.

Close to attractions, clean

Safety issue; hair dryer mounted just over sink, cable of hair dryer touches the water in the sink. Sink was flat, no sufficient space to properly wash hands. Toothpaste or liquid soap does flow from the sink properly as it is flat. Wardrope is just next to bed, dangerous for crashing the head.

The air conditioner was not working in the room, informed the reception but nothing is done.

Pool good and general areas were clean and pleasant.

Room layout was utterly ridiculous, and must have been designed by a lunatic.Had to sit sideways on the toilet as there was no room to sit normally (I’m 5’10” so not exceptionally tall).A TINY double bed, with two ridiculous deliberately built wardrobes either side, necessitating a ‘climb into’ the bed. Cut into them was a hole to put your phone/water etc.All utterly ridiculous and completely unnecessary as the room was big enough for a bigger bed and a normal room layout.

Pool and sauna area were alright. The breakfast was also very good. Staff was nice and polite.

The room was ok, but I would expect a better and larger bed and a better bathroom for this price. The elevator is always crowded, and the staff uses the same elevator, so you have to wait a lot. And you cannot use the stairs instead because the lobby is not connected to the rooms by the stairs.

Despite requesting for parking this was full. Recommended another car park that was was so narrow damaged the rims of my carGym was quite poor.

Looked old. The phone was not working. Nobody answered for room service. Reception was not very organised

Staff so kind, friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed help with, they obliged. One of the front of house staff, Raina I believe her name was, was particularly nice- I recall interacting with her just made me want to smile and laugh a lot. Incredible air con and lovely scent at reception. Very deep pool, jacuzzi and amenities like hammam steam, sauna etc.open until late. Luggage storage option. Super central- amazing price considering you're on the main shopping street of Cannes. Bed so comfy. Iron available in room really handy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Room was a tiny bit on the small side, but this didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony on arrival. Much appreciated.
