Nice cold AC. Quiet. Friendly staff.

Rooms are a little quirky but definitely not a problem.

So central!!!! And yet quiet. Love the rooms and staff and style.

No lift to reception but they brought my bag up for me.

Outstanding attention to details, comfortable bed, heart-warming welcome at the reception and the hotel staff that went above and beyond. Overall it was a fantastic stay !

Nothing at all. Aggressive and rude staff, specially at the reception. Be aware of this hotel, if they can they will keep your reservation money and do not welcome you to the property not even allow you to check in.

Old, dated, confusing entrance. Looks like a hotel from an undeveloped country.

unpleasant experience

unable to communicate in english ,trying to explain that additional pieces of luggage will be delivered to my room because my son will join me in the room I have paid additional 50 EUR for my son ( it is normal thati it is paid).It was not allowed that delivered luggage stays in m room!?Than in the evening everrything has been cleared but it was very inconvinient experience.First night I was not able to use air cond as remote control unit can not be adjusted with help by lady from the reception!?

Clean hotel and room with soul and personality. Very nice and charming staff. Perfect location. We felt safe, happy and welcome in this place!

Rooms in very good condition, size was perfect even the bathroom. Internet worked perfectly. Sheets and Towels almost new, bed very comfortable. Room very clean and even in a central location, the street is quiet and room very well isolated (we stayed in the first floor). Air conditioning not only in the room worked perfectly but also in the reception of the hotel, so, you arrive in the middle of the summer heat, and entering the hotel is like paradise! Service and reception was perfect, so so kind, we were recommended by them to go to the Île Ste Margarite, and we did it, probably the best day in Cannes, is a must go if you want to see more nature and tranquility, and even if the beach is a bit rocky, water is far better than in Cannes. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

The receptionist today at July 14, 24 at 5:30 p.m. was very, very unfriendly, I've never experienced it before. I travel a lot but I've never experienced someone so unfriendly! The cleaning lady made a lot of noise every day at 9am!

Loved this quirky hotel. Room was colourful, bright & spotless clean. The location is great! Right in the heart of city centre but 5 min walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants,cafes & bars right on the doorstep. The staff are wonderful also. So friendly & helpful. Will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

hotel was well located and clean. The only cons are : i was looking for a hotel with parking and while booking.com was saying it did have parking the truth is that they have only 1 spot available for all the guests, i was lucky to be able to park at their only spot.

I do not like the receptionist that was constantly hovering over me. Every time I walked in and out of the property like I was going to the border control.

The hotel did honestly speaking exeeded my expectations being a 3*-hotel.The staff with the manageress Ms Odile are simply outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel any time.
