Hotel Cannes Centre Univers

The location was decent

This is not worth 4 stars, the interior is ugly, sounds like it hasn't been redone for 4 years, the rooms are small. I had a whole in the left side of my bed

The location was 3 minutes walk to our work in the Palais and Majestic hotels. The walk to mid Croissette maybe 8 minutes. For the festive de Cannes, the location and value were perfect. The breakfast was stellar with fresh OJ every morning and hot scrambled eggs and meats or cereal and fresh berries and fruit with yogurt. Espresso machine was perfect with great coffee any time of the day or evening from the roof dining area. Thanks for a welcoming stay!

easy location and friendly staff

my shower flooded the morning of departure.

The location, the view from my room

The lift, the parking area in front of the hotel that was occupied by the same cars everyday blocking the entrance, and some of the extra receptionist staff who were not welcoming, smiling and cooperative.

The location

The staff, the parking, the lift, the space of the rooms

loved this hotel first time i have stayed here it was luxurious and in the heart of the city centre . the staff were very helpful and kind , I would definitely book again

Location only

The rooms are so small , not safe . Too many fights from clients with the reception .

The breakfast area is very nice with a beautiful view, the staff even assisted our need for gluten free bread. The location is also exceptional with a nice staff.

Not clean, the room we had was infested and the carpets are very dirty. The room size live is smaller than it looks online. We were told that we will get to stop the car at the door of the hotel to load and unload the luggage but the truth is the owners had their cars all the time parked in front and we had to walk a distance to load our luggage.

Great location. Good air-conditioning. Nice room.

The hotel and the room were great, but the price has increased quite a bit since we've been staying there.

Just Location

Every thing, bad service Not clean Small room

The location is great. but rooms are very small it does not even have a coffee machine in the room.

The room are very small, The hotel does not have 4 stars requirements. I would never go back th

Friendly staff, super convenient location and a comfortable room. This was my family’s third stay here. Coming back again soon.

Location, quality of staff and facilities

The location was perfect! The Manager/Owner was a very kind person and the new receptionist was very nice tooRoom space perfect, ..Few blocks from the station and to the Beach....The stores shopping area just next door and in 5 minutes you are at the center of old CannesDeeply recommended!!!

Nice situated.

This hotel was newly renovated but they have made everything wrong! Terrible colors, scary and slow elevator and a very small room (superior room!?). Now here to put luggage and no hooks for clothes.

Great location, nice breakfast and kind personnel. Also, the room was provided before official check in.

Very small rooms.

Great location, very central, close to shops, restaurants, seafront. Warm, welcoming and helpful staff team. Parking nearby.

The location.

Dark room. No natural light.

This Hotel is in an ideal location very near the train station, the sea, the high end shops, the Marche Forville, Le Suquet Old Town and the many super restaurants. The lady who greeted me on arrival and departure was very warm, friendly and helpful and I was given an upgraded superior room which was a nice surprise. The staff are very nice at this hotel. It was easy to get a good night's sleep and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location , quiet , relaxing , clean , great service from the reception team

I like it all
