Very clean hotel and room. Great quality and value for money and location.

Room space, was no space to open my big luggage.Upon check out, the lady did not want to use the authorization took on my credit card when I checked in and asked to take a new sale. So I was wondering why you take authorization if it will not be used so that means the amount will kept blocked on my card for 14 days if authorization not used!

1. Staff are friendly, especially the evening reception person.2. The shower and the size of big immersive shower head was amazong.

1. The breakfast selection was quite limited, with very few items available and in small quantities (for example, only about a dozen slices of cheese and around six scrambled eggs).2. The room felt slightly smaller than the usual standard.3. I was asked for a €50 pre-authorisation for the minibar, a practice I had not encountered in a long time.4. Overall, I would have rated the hotel higher if it were a 3-star property. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting a bit more.

The location of the hotel is excellent. I think this is a main feature of this facility. Pleasant breakfasts, comfortable entrance.

The size of the room is very small. The room was tiny, and it was even difficult to place and open the suitcase in the room. The bathroom was also tiny. The rest is ok.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures listed on the booking site. We were on the second floor and it smelt musky and moldy. Our floor had a slope and we had a massive crack in the wall. The bathroom was extremely tiny.

The place is clean, the location is excellent, and all the staff are very polite.

The rooms are very small and room number 12 had a weak air conditioner but it was replaced with a better room but the hotel was beautiful, safe and very clean

Good location and the on sight parking was great!

The bathroom was so small it was very hard to use. Designed so poorly that it was almost necessary to step into the shower in order to close the bathroom door behind you. The space for the toilet was super narrow, and…also had an upside down and backward toilet paper holder mounted so that it hit your arm when you were seated. Too bad because the bedroom itself was spacious and there was plenty of room for a larger bathroom

Location is perfect. Bed was VERY good.

The bathroom is really tiny. The lady at the reception wasn’t exactly kind and we didn’t feel welcome at all.

Fresh clean , nice graphic touches. Excellent service. When you arrive , you need to let the staff know and they will let you park for drop off of luggage. There is a central parking 5 mins walk from the hotel. I also left my valuables in. The hotel safe and the staff were helpful to retrieve it, everything was accounted for and safe and they went out of their way to contact me even on international calls.

Location, cost and options for type of breakfast

Has to book with booking.com. We’ve had bad experiences with this agency and it was repeated here. Initially my husband went through Booking.com. When the confirmation came through, the hotel was in France. He immediately got back to them and there’s been little response. We wish we eoileave just located another hotel.

Location

In no way was that a 4 star property. Bathroom is tiny and so inconveniently set up that being quite a small person o couldn’t comfortably close the door if needed to us the toilet. Water was not provided even once during the stay. I would consider it a solid 3 star property and probably at a lower price point.

I was on the first floor & it was noisy with the window open. There are three restaurants opposite the hotel, in addition teenagers were running up & down road late at night. Road cleaners started at 4am. I did ask for a quiet room three times prior to arriving at hotel. The hotel was quiet as it was in October so I don’t know why they didn’t put me in a room on a higher floor & facing the other road which was a much quieter road.Breakfast was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s no free parking even though they said there is free parking and the parking was expensive

We liked this hotel from the very beginning. Situated in the heart of the city, but also steps away from the beach. The owners are absolutely amazing as the whole stuff. Everything is sparkling clean. The breakfast is perfect, offering enough variety to satisfy your needs. It was our third time there and still satisfied?.
