I loved the staff at the hotel, they were so nice, helpfull and welcoming. The location was perfect in the middle of Cannes and still a quite room. Very nice and clean room. I will deff come back.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Central location, easy to reach station and city centre. For a business trip it was perfect. Bed was quite comfortable, small room, but that is the case in most Cannes hotels. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ag night lots of noise from the corridor and other rooms around, loud doors.

Amazing Staff, super helpful and lovely. We got a room we did not liked and they straight away changed us to a quieter room. Super accomodating. Location is great and near everything you need, and also at the same entrance of the hotel you have incredible places to eat, have breakfast which is extremely convenient.

The pillows were terrible. You get two which are high and hard, I would recommend since you get two per person to get two different sizes or high to choose from. I ended up sleeping with the cushion of the bed.

The cleaness, no breakfast, small hotel

Excellent location. So close to the central station and to the Croisette. I took the bus from the central station to Nice Airport (20 euros), and we had an event at the Marriott – a 10-minute walk. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops around. Nice room for the price, with two bottles of water, a coffee machine, an iron, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak English (a valuable asset in France). I did not take any breakfast, but next door is a good breakfast and coffee place with various eggs, sirniki, bowls, etc.

all good, view to the parking maybe? But it was not my concern and I knew that I would not face the sea in any case.

The location was excellent and overall a very good choice. The staff was also great and very helpful. The only disappointing part was that we were not informed in advance about the deposit required at check-in — €150 for each room. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com, and it would have been important to know beforehand.

Very clean and tidy!

A bit small and the bathroom shower has no door so the ground is completely wet every time. Otherwise a great location and place to stay.

This is a small hotel in central Cannes, at walking distance from the railway station. The room is small but quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, but you have to walk three minutes to a nearby facility. The staff was kind and helpful. Very good choice for a short stay in Cannes.

Bad experience. The rooms are...

The hotel is objectively awful. NOT A FOUR STAR. The photos on the website are clearly edited. Our room had a lovely view of a car silo. It was so poorly laid out that my partner actually cut himself on the toilet paper holder (which was installed so badly it kept the toilet seat from closing properly). Service? Terrible. No water replaced in the room, bed still unmade at 1:30 PM. On top of that, customer service was useless and downright rude. This is not a four-star hotel.

Was absolutely amazing, staff was supper friendly, the location is insane we were walking distance from everything and 5min walk from the beach! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ideal location surrounded by bars shops & restaurants, few minutes walk from train station, 10 minute walk from beach and old town, so ideal base to explore Cannes!

The room was spotless, and the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing – just a 5-minute walk from La Croisette, which made everything super easy and accessible. Honestly, everything was just right.

without prior notice A deposit amount higher than the hotel day was charged. The deposit is returned within 10 to 14 days depending on the bank. This is a scandal! Small rooms, cramped. I do not recommend

The location is excellent and within walking distance of the beach.The hotel staff who manned the reception were helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

I don't think this hotel remotely lives up to Sonder's standards and thus I felt almost duped into staying here given the Sonder tag.The GM of the hotel was most unhelpful. She refused to help with a simple request I had re pillows. For some reason she was not physically present at the hotel, nor was she willing to speak with me over the phone when I asked for this. This level of service is unacceptable and not in line with what one would expect from a 4-star Sonder property. The room itself has been designed and furnished in the most laughable way:-The bed pillows are bizarre in shape. They are very large and square in shape -- and very deep. Resting one's head on the edge of the pillow would leave one's legs sticking out of the bed. They were also uncomfortable. The hotel refused to provide alternative options, and the GM was incredibly rude and disinterested-The mirror is only chest-height-The bathroom hooks can't be used given the mirror juts out underneath them-There is no shower curtain, meaning the entire floor gets flooded -The room door has a defect, requiring one to slam it shut. This meant I was woken up by other guests several times-There is a second mirror placed in a corner where there is no space to stand, rendering it entirely redundant The breakfast selection was the most appalling I've ever witnessed across any hotel. I was asked to walk to the nearby Sonder hotel, which had slightly more breakfast options. Even here, the spread was limited and most disappointing.The lift wasn't working for 2 days of my stay.

Not worth the money

- Missing soap in the bathroom, when I asked for it they said that sorry we didn’t have it as it wasn’t delivered yet, is it that difficult to go and buy some at the store???- You can hear everything, couldn’t sleep because neighbours had TV on until 4 AM- Receptionist said at the check-in minibar is for free after all they asked to pay for it
