The room was the expected for the category.

The staf was very unkindness. As a Accor Hotel I expected more them. Very cold and not friendly

Central location, friendly staff, free coffee and tea at the reception. Enough water pressure in the shower!

Parking: we used the public car park which cost 16€ for overnight parking.

Very nice staff - reception, breakfast area and room service. Breakfast is amazing!! Staff is swiftly replenishing food and the food quality is awsomely fresh.

Although everything was tidy. Bathroom maintenance was OK, but could be a bit better. Room floor had a bit water damage.

Room was very small, most of the lights were not working in the room, no fridge in the room and their ice machine not working so not able to have cold drinks

The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the beach which was great and near a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and we’d come back here

Hotel in the middle of Cannes. Comfortable and easily accessible.

Not the cheapest, especially breakfast very expensive.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and you can also store bags. No noise from the streets outside and still close enough to everything.

Ugly building small room no proper security . Chaotic in communal areas by entrance. Property is in poor repair . The staff were very nice however.

Location is great, bed was good and room was clean. Breakfast was also nice.

The available toilet outside the rooms was tiny and unisex, we had to get ready for an event and since the hotel was fully booked we couldn't do early check in so we had to get ready in the bathroom and that probably got in the way of other people using the bathroom.

Very good for a short stay. All the basic facilities were there. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is perfectily located, very close to beaches, the main train / bus station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, and a small market.

Soundproofing was not that great. I heard my neighbours pretty well.

location is lovely, rooms are well designed for small space they have, had a little room for luggage. Welcoming and helpful receptionists

no fridge, beware if you bring medicines, you can give those to reception they will arrange. The hotel of this chain could have a little fridge they would give you for medicines to room.
