    • It’s such a lovely little hotel in the heart of the bustling shopping district and right off the beach - perfect location and wonderfully kind and helpful staff at reception
    • loved the bright clean contemporary feel. the bfast was amazing

    Cons -

    • I had emailed with the staff to reserve beach chairs and when we arrived we were told it was sold out and out in a waiting list but never were able to be on their beach the whole stay. This was very disappointing.
    • I came back to the hotel at 1 AM. the security was not there and the main door of the hotel was locked .There was no one as well at the reception to open the door . After waiting for 20 min, a hotel guest came and called someone she is sharing the room with to go down and wake up the hotel staff to open the door.
    • i wish the bfast was on the "rez de chaussee" / garden level. the current bfast room feels more like a meeting room...

Allowing pets in the rooms, we had a barking dog throughout our stayRooms smelled bad , strong bathroom smellNoise isolation between rooms and from outside is very poor

The hotel's location is great, but the reception services are not good. They charged me twice. Do not book through Booking. It is better to book directly.

    5faisalPosted on: 6-16-2025

    Location only

The customer service here is below average. I previously stayed at MGallery Bodrum, which was far better. At this hotel, everything comes with a charge. I asked for extra coffee capsules, but they only provide two per day and refused my request for more. What kind of hotel operates like this? I've stayed in many hotels and even motels, and I've never been denied extra coffee capsules. Additionally, during the refill, they don’t include milk, so I have to keep asking for it. When I requested a small plate and forks, they told me there would be a charge for delivery, but I could get them myself downstairs for free. I've never experienced such poor service in a hotel before.

    Everything excellent

The hotel was very well-located and clean.

We made the mistake of booking at this hotel in April when the heating was still on. Even though they say they have air-conditioning, I was told it was not available yet even though it was warm outside. Even with the heating off in the small room and the window wide open - it was so hot on the 5th floor that I couldn’t sleep. I would say it was unbearable and ruined my trip. When I spoke to the Manager, he was unhelpful, unsympathetic and frankly rude.

Excellent hotel- great staff, location and very clean and comfortable.

    4CalliePosted on: 4-14-2025

Location was great - very close to the Croisette and beach.Room was clean and a decent size with a balcony.

The rooms were extremely hot, there was no option for AC despite asking repeatedly and the hotel having advertised itself as having AC. We were told it was not possible to turn it on, just to leave a window/door open. The temperature in the room was sometimes as high as 29 degrees celsius. On taking this up with the desk manager on check-out, he was dismissive, defensive and did not even really accept that we had never had this experience in similar rated hotels elsewhere. We explained to him that we had not been able to sleep much for our two nights which was frustrating as it was a short 3 day break. Whilst he said he was sorry to hear this no gestures of goodwill were offered. Further, without telling us or with any signage to indicate, it turns out that if you use the stairwell your key card does not work on the doors (despite there being key card fobs on all the stairwell doors on every floor). Therefore I became trapped in the stairwell with no way out although eventually I was able to exit at the ground level (although again there were no signs to indicate this). On explaining this to the same manager, he said there was obviously something wrong with my key fob as it should have let me get out on my own floor. When we explained that there was nothing wrong with my key fob, because it always worked in the lifts and for my room door and lights in the room, he was utterly dismissive. He went so far as to say it was 'exceptional' for someone to use the stairs. I beg to differ, if a person wishes to use the stairs and there is no signage saying they are only to be used in the case of emergency, then they are at liberty to do so. Again, no gesture of good will was offered. I will be taking this up with Accor Groups, of which this hotel is a member.

Great location and felt like it was renovated recently. From the hotel you can reach everything in Cannes by foot.

    Breakfast is a bit pricey.

    9ChrisPosted on: 9-12-2024

Well located for the town and beach. Hotel is clean and the staff all extremely pleasant. Would use again.

    Nothing. All was fine.

    9AmandaPosted on: 9-10-2024

It’s very modern & clean, with everything you need. All of the staff are VERY friendly, and most welcoming too. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Cannes, and staff can be very unfriendly! The breakfast is great, and I had a delicious omelette made every morning. Snacks in the bar were good too. All in all, a really lovely stay this weekend, despite the rain on Sunday - but we were even offered umbrellas!

The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the dustbins being emptied very loudly on Rue Canada - waking me up at the crack of dawn each day!Oh, and I don’t like the brown recycled toilet paper. White is the best colour.

Great location, very close to the beach - hotel had a nice, airy aesthetic feel!! Our room was comfortable and we loved that we had a nice balcony! Would definitely recommend! We also spent a day at the private beach and loved our experience! Book your place in advance :)

perfect location, clean roomgood servicenice and simple

you are one street from the main croissette so there maybe noise: I dont mind it, but people who do they should maybe ask for a room that is higher or is on the other side?

    3MariePosted on: 8-5-2024

In summary we were given a bad room in a bad location . On complaining no compensation given

The location of our room was on the first floor next door to the Lift. In the mornings 5 am you would hear people going into the Lift checking out at 7 am. You would hear people going into the Lift and going into breakfast so my night stay there were a nightmare because I was woken up at five in the morning Couldn't sleep and then at 7 am in the morning people coming in for breakfast on the first floor will chat away. It was hard to go back to sleep. Also there was no TV reception at all whilst we were there.
