The receptionist was very friendly The air conditioning worked well The room was clean and ok nothing special Only 3 km from Cannes portNext door to McDonald's for breakfast and evening meal Supermarket opposite to restock on essential supplies

On an industrial estate Next door to McDonald's so noisy with customers until.midnoght and staff and deliveries early morning and late on a night Room very basic but clean

The man at the front desk was so nice, so friendly, he spoke Italian too so my mum was super comfortable too in talking with him. He gave us advices for places to visit, he accommodates us even with the refrigerator in our room. The room was perfect, the location too and the parking spot right in front of the entrance..I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely go again!

Absolutely nothing

There are plenty bus lines going to the area from the city center. While you have to walk a bit between the hotel and the bus stops it is easy to get to the city center and back home. Having McDonalds was a surprise, but turned out to be a hidden bonus. In the summer heat we were always thirsty so being able to grab a soda on our way back to the hotel room after a day in the sun was great.The location has shopping and many activities for children in the area.

We would have liked gated parking. If you arrive by car around dinner time, the parking spaces can be occupied by guests of the McDonald's located below the hotel. We were parked next to a large parking lot. Nothing happened, but we had gotten used to the gated parking lots, and this stood out to us as a significantly lower security level than we were used to on our roadtrip through Provence.

The location itself is in close priximity to a shopping market, fast foods and gas stations. Good value for the money, the hotel staff was extremely nice

This hotel was exactly what we needed: in a very convenient spot close to the autoroute, with easy parking and air-conditioning which was great in this very hot season! Friendly staff and comfy beds - recommended for one night in Cannes at an affordable price

Nice place for visit Monaco and Cannes, very near many restaurants and markets arround here!!!! ?♥️

The location is great if you are going to the Film Festival as the cineum is 5 minutes away.

Due to the fact that we visited in May and the weather was a rather warm one, the rooms do not have any fridge, so we were unable to have any cool water or store any type of food.

Clean hotel, good location with supermarket and McDonalds close by, free parking, friendly reception.

If you're attending the Cannes Film Market or a related event, take note it's 20mins away by bus.

I found bed bites on me another day.I looked up and those were bed bugs.I am very upset

I have stayed there before and I excepted it’s a cheap hotel! However even cheap has basic standards .

Disappointing

Sound insulation really poor. Was not easy to sleep with all the arguments and sex coming from the room next door. Staff was awsome , but couldnt sleep

Cannes city centre was reachable by bus even late at night. The bus service was convenient and well organized.The hotel is surrounded by a commercial centre with a lot of shops and a big supermarket nearby.

The property was old and not well kept. The room was quite small and the walls very thin so you could hear guests in other rooms nearby. Cleanness was ok. The furniture looked old and filthy.The staff was not present at arrival and we had to call him on the phone. Breakfast is not included, it cost 8,5 euros and you need to eat it in your bed because they don't have a breakfast room. Better pick up some food at the nearby supermarket.
