In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay. All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.
