Villa Pruly Hotel Cannes Centre

Awesome stay in cannes at this privately run hotel. Staff were welcoming and the hotel felt like a peaceful escape from the bustling city of cannes

only downside of this property is that the wifi connection was incredibly slow and unreliable. I had planned to work from the hotel and had to make other arrangements as it was impossible to get wifi connection from my room.

I cannot recommend Villa Pruly enough! The location is excellent, walking distance for the beach, bars and restaurants. There’s a parking garage right next to it and the staff if extremely helpful and caring, upon our arrival they checked if we would prefer a better room that what we originally had booked, showing both options to us, great tips of what to do and always carrying a smile on their faces. We cannot wait to come back and stay there again.

There was absolutely no down side to our stay.

1. No soundproofing between rooms or corridor - you could hear literally every conversation next door, snoring in the night, phone ringingly, screaming kids, people moving in the corridor. 2. Underground passage to get to the hotel, after 7/8pm as solo traveler I wouldn’t recommend.

Clean, cute, very friendly and welcoming.

We liked the location , design , friendly service …. It’s a nice place to stay…. I only could wish better soundproofing, we heard every sound around.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. A Staff member carried my bags up to my room which was great since there was no elevator. The room was beautiful and perfectly decorated. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it. Everything was spotless. The air conditioning worked quite well .Nichole was very helpful and even pointed out a few restaurants for me. I was able to leave my bags after checking out for a few hours while still exploring the city. Overall, I loved my stay and I would definitely go back and I have already recommended it to a few friends.

Slightly sketchy neighbors hard by the rail tracks. You have to go thru a clean, well-kept tunnel to get to town, but on 5 minutes you’re in the thick of it. Ten minutes and your at the beach.

Decent rooms. Nice staff. Decent location.

Bathroom had a bad smell. No elevator.

Rooms are small but very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great for easy access to train station and a base to travel the Côte d'Azur

The location was so close to centre. Our room was so clean and relief. And staffs were so kind and helpful.

The room was very pretty and clean, designed with taste. The location was also perfect, close to the railway station and just a few minutes from the beach. The staff was very helpful too.

The only drawback was the noise from the railway station, which can be heard despite noise-proof windows.

We were lucky and we were able to park near the entrance, but there are only 2 places available. If the seats were occupied, you need to park in a paid parking lot.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a boutique sized hotel well decorated with all the modern amenities

There's nothing wrong with this motel

Small hotel. Owners so welcoming and friendly. They have thought of everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Close to centre of Cannes and just beside train station for connection to Nice etc.

The room was very quiet - before arrival I was a bit worried as it appeared to be on a main road - but it was great. The superior double glazing on the windows kept all the noise out. I slept very well. And the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet (and effective)Also - the lovely staff were very friendly and helpful.I was attending a conference at the main expo venue on the beach front which was only a 10 minute walk.Small point - but every room has a ironing board and iron.
