This hotel surpassed my expectations in every sense. The service is 1st rate. Because it's small, the staff is warm, attentive & efficient; you get a personalized service. The design is smart, bedroom was spacious and well-equipped. Big bathroom a plus.

Nothing. I liked every detail. I actually had a better time inside the hotel than outside. Cannes was disappointing.

Good location, nice rooftop, friendly staff. And the beach access was smooth. The room was spacious and quite.

The facilities in the spa needed booking prior, and for some reason the AC in the room wasn't reaching the bed (in the suite)

Staff went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. Great location and rooftop.

Only thing is that coffee should be included in a quite expensive breakfast and hotel.

One of the best stays , everything from the staff to the facilities was amazing - the breakfast buffet had diverse warm and cold options. The spa and gym facilities are as shown in the website

Location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

The breakfast was only okay and you had to pay extra for some items. If breakfast is included, everything on the menu should be included.

One of the hotel’s advantages is its excellent location. The rooftop pool, along with breakfast served with such a magnificent view, is what truly makes it stand out.

The carpet probably needs to be replaced. It doesn’t quite inspire confidence.

Fantastic hotel in centre Cannes. Hidden gemstone! Room complete, staff excellent (valet parking service). Best 5* in Cannes, skip the big ones!

too short visit

Very small boutique and cozy hotel, the staff are very professional, who try and meet your every need, which I really appreciated, this made my stay more memorable.

No jacuzzi or any halal options to cater for international guests.

Unsure on the design of bathrooms

We were upgraded to the executive room which is so spacious. Small plush toy gifted to my daughter and a perfume for myself. Scent of hotel lovely. Mini bar is included and both mini bar and bathroom items are replenished daily. Loved their unique red slippers, a small size provided for my daughter along with a child size robe. Location is close enough to the train station, middle of shopping and short walk to the beach. Concierge was helpful in reserving us into any restaurant of our choice. Small water bottles were provided when we left for the day. Staff did wonderful job of anticipating and attending to our needs. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night!

The pool was very chilly, but that didn't stop anyone, just a heart attack shock as one submerged.No sweets at turndown service.Any extra coffee pods (provided 2 caffeinated) are charged at 4 euros until replenished during cleaning.

The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staffs were also amazing and polite

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Welcoming reception. Good breakfast. The valet service made our stay easier . A corner away from the seafront . Definitely will be back .

The staff went above and beyond (the concierge - Alex and his team, plus the rooftop bar staff were really friendly too).

Excellent, top notch service. Beautifully attentive staff. Treated like royalty really. Things are handled for you smoothly and effectively. I was rather impressed and can see myself coming back again. Loved it

Need more power sockets in the room and I believe if you’re going to pay for a suite, it should come with a balcony

The hotel was lovely and the staff were all very friendly to myself and my husband, particularly the concierge who helped book us into a nice restaurant for dinner and beach club for the day.

Great hotel, amazing rooms and facilities. Staff super nice and friendly. Comfortable beds. Everything was great!!
