Good beds, nice bathroom.

The wood floor of the room was not very clean.

It's near to everything. The breakfast is excellent.

There are no slippers.

Convenient. Corner room was big. Reception extremely friendly and helpful.

Really didn’t know what to expect. Picked it by location and price. Overall no real issues.

Larger shower space and thicker towels.

The reception staff were great and very helpful

I understand the ecological reasoning for not changing towels every day; however, I was expecting the bedroom to be tidied daily, as is common in most hotels across Europe.Also, the room had a very unusual layout. I’m not sure the squeegee-in-the-bathroom setup is something I would expect in a hotel room

Walls a little thin I could hear the chairs scraping along the floor in the breakfast room from my 2nd floor room.

Location was excellent, staff very helpful with guidance on public transport - very clean and modern

Excellent location. Walkable to metro and trams. I love the breakfasts selections and all the staff are polite always ready to assist especially to Marianna at the reception. She explained everything that I need to know with transportation. She have the smile and laugh that can make your day better. And the guy who checked us in I forgot the name but he's definitely helpful until our check out time where he lend us the weighing scale for our luggage a life saver??? Kudos to everyone! I would definitely recommend Original Sokos Hotel Albert! Will comeback for our summer vacation ?

I think gym would be nice for a four star hotel. But nonetheless everything is perfect. Thank youuuuu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was a fantastic selection and the sauna downstairs was an added bonus! The staff were super attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a safe, fridge and toiletries. Quiet location yet central to the main attractions

The pillow was too old and uncomfortable. The batroom was smelly. The furniture too old. They didnt do cleaning service during our stay.Sauna was only available for 2 hours a day.

Good location. Spacious room. Well equipped (safe, fridge, enough hangers, hot iron / board, desk / table with chair). Good breakfast.

Outside facade of the building could get a refresh.

The staff was great in finding solutions to the emergency they had with the hot water pipeline; the girl at the reception provided me with electronic heater and she also managed to change the room when I asked due to the noise of the roadwork. I really appreciated

Location and helpful staff

Bathrooms rather old , sink stained in 218 and beds felt a bit old. Plus you can’t open windows without a key from the reception. Also not sure about the slightly tired pot plants on reception windows

The coffee for the breakfast. You need to go to the bar and to pay for the coffee from espresso machine.

I was traveling with my child. She got as a welcome present a Sokos hotel mascot squirrel, nice surprise. At the breakfast area there were enough highchairs for little children available, and breakfast itself was great. Location is also excellent(near Bulevardi). The room was well equipped.

The room was quite cold, the elevators are old and it was challenging to get in and out with a buggy.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. A special mention to the receptionist who was extremely helpful, especially with giving directions — it made my trip so much easier. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was my third stay at this hotel.It's within walking distance from Helsinki Central Station, and with a supermarket nearby, the convenience is unbeatable.Above all, the staff always greet us warmly, which is truly wonderful.This hotel is like a home away from home for me in Helsinki.I will definitely visit again next year!

The breakfast, the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort. Value for money.

Couldn't open the windows although did have air con.Shower water spread over bathroom /wet room floor to great extent. Shower door didn't contain it so shower mat got soaked.

Better than average breakfast, but not exceptional. Lean and quiet.

Unfresh smell of the sewage upon entry of the room (didn’t notice it at all any time after, as I instantly ran water through both the sink and the shower)

It is very good location within Helsinky. There was sauna within hotel and early breakfast from 6.30am which was very essential at the day of departure. Room was clean. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

We were ot able to adjust temperature during the night and it was a bit cold.
