I was a bit surprised to learn that the hotel slippers are available at an additional cost of 3 euros, despite being disposable. Additionally, the room did not include a minibar, toothpaste, a toothbrush, or a bathrobe, which did not fully meet my expectations for this type of hotel

The bathroom got a bit hot and steamy. Could have done with a fan or extractor fan to remove the steam.

We were looking forward to a nice swim but the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and there were no notifications at the time when we booked (2 weeks prior).

This is one of the best hotels I stayed. I usually choose simple and affordable hotels because I use my time to visit the city, and not to stay in the hotel. This hotel is awesome, with great structure, big room with all the facilities,, sauna, swimming pool, gym and an amazing breakfast.

Usually hotels have soft bads. I prefer beds with hard mattress. But it was not an issue because i slept super well. The curtains are not 100% sun blocker and in Helsinki is almost daylight in the entire day in June. There is no expresso coffee in the breakfast machine. Again. It is small things that can be improved, but the hotel is amaizing.

Location is good.

I was assigned a room different to what I had booked. When I talked to the staff, they were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and was told its not possible and was told to contact Booking.com. When Booking.com contacted the property, they didn't reply to them either. Overall, a terrible experience!

Location, facilities including a gym, sauna and pool and friendly staff. Spacious hotel.

The room was clean especially the toilet. The breakfast was great and the receptionist was friendly.

Clean and comfy rooms

Farther from city center then our earlier stay hut we picked it for a short return trip for the pool and sauna in house.

The Sauna and swimming pool is a bonus. The breakfast is excellent

We had some noisy neighbours..It would be preferable for housekeeping to take place before 4pm when we had returned back to the hotel
