Pros +
- I loved this place! The view from my room (I upgraded upon check-in. $30usd/night?), but it was well worth it! The view from my room was spectacular! The ferries to Tallinn, Estonia make a “u-turn” directly outside the window! Also, you may see the occasional Finnish Coast Guard Cruiser docked for a few hours outside! Very cool! The rooms were comfy, clean and “Nordic Modern” (albeit, a bit on the smaller side for westerners, but nit a problem for this solo traveler). The location is great with trams running to all parts of Helsinki located just a 3-5 minute walk from the lobby. Beautiful lobby by the way! There is a small “convenience store” located a few minutes away as well (drinks, snacks, groceries, etc.) Besides the view from my room (and the lobby), the daily breakfast was spectacular! So much variety (hot and cold), local and “western” choices and a very tranquil and pleasant atmosphere to eat in! I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Helsinki! ??
- Great location and beautiful views from the breakfast tables. It was cool to see the big cruise ships pull in and they had a nice selection for breakfast, i enjoyed they had someone that made whatever coffee you requested too. The staff was really friendly and the hotel is in a great location!
- Gorgeous rooftop gardens/social area; easy walking distance to the tour boat wharf and marketplace; right next door to 'the Eye"; delightful breakfast buffet; impressive lobby area; very friendly reception people;
Cons -
- That I had to leave! It’s really got you covered and I enjoyed it very much! That breakfast!!!
- Everything was really nice!
- room was very small, and I had expected larger windows (for the "harbor view" I had imagined). Although having the big screen TV was great, the couch (being sideways) was only good for one person, the other person needs to sit on the chair. If I could have, I would have re-arranged the bed to face the TV, and place the couch on the window side.

Love everything about the hotel with special mention to the friendly staff and great breakfast. Only thing lacking was having a bar or lounge for guests to have a drink and relax. Also would be nice to have snack foods available for dale.
See above.
The room design is very elegant and functional. The seaside view is very nice. Breakfast is very rich and good. The staff are mostly very attentive.
The rooms are small. Not much space to move around.
The food at the restaurant was super. The hotel is very beautiful and all the furniture and decorations are very beautiful.
The cleaning of our room was not good. We asked once for cleaning during 5 days stay. The only thing that was done was to put new towels and toilet paper, and that was it. The floors and bathroom were not cleaned and glasses and cups were not replaced. The rooms are quite small but still have everything you need and a good coffee machine.
Great location, just a 7-minute walk to the city and right next to the giant wheel, which gives the hotel such a unique vibe. The rooftop has amazing views, very windy as it’s next to baltic sea. We stayed in a queen-size sea-view room and it was perfect for our trip. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it had all the amenities we needed and felt comfortable throughout our stay. Staff is amazing! Would happily stay here again.
Location , clean , very attentive staff

The overall design of the property, the gym & its tranquil vibe. The food was quite good, so was the service. And the audio of the birds chirping in the hallway was genius, so calming.
Breakfast was good. The hotel was nice and quite.
The view from the room. Another part of the hotel building very close.
Great Location, unique design
Room service, restaurant and cafe timing
The staff was amazing. The place is brand new and absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great with a lot of options.
Perfect location amazing furniture with so cooperative employees specially Haneen in reception, she is so professional in dealing.
The room was superb and the facilities are excellent—bonus points for the fantastic gym and sauna.
Breakfast was just okay. If you don't arrive early, chances are there is gonna be a lot of things missing, because they have a hard time refilling the stations.
Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well outfitted. Location was convenient and easy to get to from the tram lines.
The roof top views, location.
the cleaning service showed up in late afternoon
Great location. Helpful staff. Great breakfast! Wonderful restaurant!
There was no way one could keep the water in the tub while taking a shower. The water was running along the tub, collected on the right edge and then overflowing to the floor along the door all the way to the toilet. We kept the place dry by putting towels on the right edge of the tub and on the floor.
Beautiful modern hotel by the sea. Comfortable room, very quiet. Fabulous views from the rooftop bar and gardens, great place to hang out in the evening, chilled atmosphere with good music. Vegan options for breakfast were pretty good.
The spa music in the lobby and public areas was a bit much.
This hotel is beautiful- in the lobby soaring ceilings, natural light, natural materials, a deck with comfortable seating and a roof top garden and deck with incredible views. Also liked the cafe and availability of a roof top bar. The breakfast was great- salmon, cheese, eggs, a variety of hot and cold items, etc.We had 2 sea view twin rooms which were cozy, light filled with floor to ceiling windows. The view was awesome. You will see marine traffic such as ferries, tourist boats and luxury cruise ships docking right next to the hotel. The location is ideal- walk just about everywhere or a tram stop is a block and a half away. Staff was friendly and professional and rooms were ready prior to check in tone which was good. The rooms are very quiet and we all got a restful night’s sleep.
Only item of improvement is perhaps instructions for the AC/fan as the room felt warm.
New and very clean
The construction outside
