Nice art deco hotel. Clean and stylish.

Very basic - poor in this case - hotel breakfast. No imagination, just the regular staff. Omelet was factory made.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and lovely big rooms

The breakfast was great, we could’ve done with more fish options such as smoked salmon. Very professional and lovely staff and a good range overall.

The reception on arrival from the check in staff was really friendly. Any requests we asked of them was no problem to them at all. The room was very spacious. It is a perfect location for exploring all of the main attractions in the city. The highlight was having a drink in the roof top bar, watching the snow falling outside and the lights of the city.

The bathroom was tiny. It can make it a bit awkward moving around the room. I am not sure how big the bathroom's are in all of the other room maybe the vary in size. It was very clean though so not the end of the world.

It was great to spend a night in Torni hotel. Breakfast was gorgious.

Standardroom is tiny- just enaugh for bed and a little space to walk around the bed.

Centrally located hotel. Beautiful room and very comfy bed. Good breakfast. Amazing views from the rooftop bar.

Old school bathroom, with bathtub. Very few storage for our cloths (we left them in our open luggages stored on the floor). Nobody was there to take our (big) luggages at the entrance, despite the few stairs we had to climb. Same when we left. Unusual for a 5 * hotel !

Great location and staff Nice rooftop bar, Atlee, and also the American bar downstairs is top notch. Beautiful breakfast But the really great part of this beautiful stylish hotel is the location. Able to walk throughout this great city of Helsinki

Restaurant in hotel closed Sunday Trouble sleeping as room was hot. Staff offered suggestions. Very loud outside Friday and Saturday night. Not hotels fault- central location on the weekend. Must have been from a bar close by because could hear people from 11:00-4:30 in the morning

It’s a minor detail and understand New Year’s Day is busy at the breakfast room but it felt almost chaotic and no one ever came to take our coffee order (luckily we managed to serve ourselves).

Cold in the room. We got an extra portable radiator in the room which made it OK.

The classic Torni Hotel is located at a convenient walking distance from public transit and various attractions. The staff and service are excellent, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of warm and cold dishes for every taste. I also made use of the small gym and got in a much needed workout.

I had trouble adjusting the temperature of the room, but it's probably just me not knowing how to do it. It was comfortable but could have been a tiny bit warmer.

Great location, we had a fantastic view from the 11th floor in the tower which felt like a special feature of the hotel. Top breakfast!

Could hear a little bit of chairs being moved from the top floor in the skybar but not that bad either.

The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are good. I especially want to thank Erika at the front desk, who was kind, professional, and extremely helpful when I accidentally locked my SIM card — she even allowed me to make an emergency call from her personal mobile phone. Her support truly reflected the level of service a guest hopes for.

My check-in experience on 24 December was uncomfortable and disappointing. I was initially given a room with fewer amenities than what I had booked, yet it was described as an “upgrade,” and I was asked to pay €25 extra per night to keep it. This felt misleading and like an attempt at manipulation. Only after I declined was the charge withdrawn, and I was later assigned another room, which confirmed that the initial situation was unnecessary and inappropriate.
