Very good position. Close to main attractions and to tram stops. Also close to station. Good rooms. Busy but not disturbed by any noise at night, staff friendly and helpful especially reception staff. Good breakfast choice.

The location in the center was very convenient and well connected. There were numerous options at breakfast. The staff was kind and professional and was ready with the invoices at our arrival.

I really liked the location—very central, close to Metsätalo and Porthania. There are also some really nice restaurants nearby, like Sunn, Olivia, and GastroHub (which is great, with Georgian cuisine). The room itself was super clean, and the bed linens were spotless. The room had a kettle, cup, and spoon, which is important to me. I had to leave early both days, so I can't judge the breakfast, but what a pleasant surprise—the breakfast was included in my price! I thought I had booked a room without breakfast.

Location was great, right in centre Helsinki and breakfast was also nice with variety.Very friendly staff.

The bed guard had some stains and the space between bed and wall was really narrow.

Duvet on bed and immaculate linen made it very Cosy. Fabulous breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was an extravaganza of "clean," healthy foods and gave me the chance to try new things in our first visit to Finland. I really appreciated the gluten-free section! And the staff went over and above to answer questions and suggest things to sample that I might have overlooked. Also, the location was helpful for walking about and for the easy walk to the train station for the next leg of our journey.

The bathroom in the room was a bit dirty---the sink didn't seem as though it has been wiped at all, and the drain had a bad odor. I had to keep the bathroom door closed my whole stay because the smell from the drain would go through the whole room. I wonder too if there was a mechanical room next to mine, as loud clanging/machinery noises seemed to come through the walls or ceiling.

Great location, onsite restaurant fabulous, excellent staff.

Receptionist are professional and able to give suggstions about the city and its attractions, restaurant, etc. They took care of our requests in a very efficient way. The structure is nice and recently fully renewed. Position is good to reach the country’s central main attractions in few steps. The breakfast is good and diversified.

The third bed or “spare bed” or daybed or sofa bed was way too hard to sleep on and 2 of us ended up with bad backs for a week after we took turns sleeping on the spare bed.
