Location was great and very central. The experience was a unique blend of hotel and apartment accommodations. Staff were great when available, and even when they weren't there automatic systems designed to help worked.

Needed a serrated bread knife in our kitchenette. We were there a week and made a lot of meals in our room.

Good spacy apartment

Flour was dirty. Air temperature was a way too high: 24c even after we compleatelly turned radiatora off. It was'nt possible to open window.

Social life, gym.

The room is really small.

Clean, quiet and convenient. The hosts were excellent.

Everything is just amazing. From self-check in, common area spaces, gym and sauna facilities, until the room stylish and cleanliness.Worth the price and highly recommended.

Good value and location for us. Breakfast was fantastic.

Room was very sparse. There are no light controls by the bed or a bedside table with outlet to charge phone.

the attendant Mandan was fantastic to help me with some issues I had during the trip.

i am habituated to have personal attendant during the days at the hotel to call to the recepction when I need something

The room was clean, cosy, spacious enough.It had everything we needed for a short three nights stay. The shared space had a nice ambience. The self check in system was easy and the luggage storage for after check out was very helpful.

Absolutely nothing

Nice, modern facilities. A supermarket next door. Attached to a restaurant. Great location next to harbor.

I prefer a front desk and concierge rather than the self-check in, no front desk set up. However, it was still relatively easy.

Very near to the town centre, that place have so many variety of things to do and very lively

Liked sauna which was free of charge. Apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Location is really good.

Excellent location with easy access to the nearby attractions of Helsinki. Good breakfast included in the package. Plenty of buses to access every part of Helsinki. two minutes walk to the ferry station.

Extremely small bathroom

It is a fairly large facility. The common area offers many amenities, including a kitchen, shared sauna, board games, a pool table, etc. The restaurant is also quite popular, crowded, and energetic.

We saw that the room we booked was incredibly large. This might be good for many people, but sitting at a small table and on a tiny chair in the middle of what was almost an empty apartment felt a little strange. The double bed wasn't big enough. Considering how short the nights are in Helsinki, the fact that the room had no windows was an advantage, but we still felt cramped and couldn't sleep comfortably. There was no shower cabin or glass partition in the bathroom for the shower. Every time we took a shower, the place got completely soaked.

Nice modern studio for a short stay. It was an advantage to be able to use the Sauna and Jacuzzi. Good location near tram stop.

there is only a table and two timber chairs. Not comfortable to seat and relax. There is no TV. That doesn't bother me but if you get bad weather and can't go out would be good to have.

Well organized room. Delightful to have a balcony. Everything works. Staff helpful when we arrived early.

A little further out of town, and the bathroom is quite small.

The location was excellent. As others have said, there is a grocery store right around the corner, you can get the tram across from the grocery store, there is a wonderful outdoor market within a short walk. The sightseeing boats are near the market also. We loved the location.The sauna, the steam room and Jacuzzi was an extra bonus. Also, the room had a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

We had a good stay, although better suited to solo or couple travelers rather than families. Clean rooms and good location. A unique experience for sure. The rooftop had amazing views.

I liked that its near port. Everything was clean. Personal was helping and nice.
