the only exception to excellency was on my first night the room air conditioner condensation drain backed up and drained on the adjacent bed all night. A room change fixed that. The second room faced the park which much improved the view out the window.

The view from the first room of the building adjacent left much to be desired.

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

I purposely chose an upgraded room with panoramic windows for my stay. I didn’t have much time after checking in to explore, but as soon as I got to my room, I realized the toilet was broken. I decided to use one in the lobby for the moment, I didn’t want to take time away from my evening in the city. There was a long line to speak to the agents at the desk, so I decided to deal with it after dinner. When I returned, there was still a long wait to speak with reception about the issue. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I was told there was not another upgraded room available. I was downgraded and moved to a different room with a working toilet, and only offered a grocery gift card to make up for the price difference. The agent did remark that they thought the toilet had been fixed that day (they were already aware of its malfunction). It was inconvenient to switch rooms so late, and I wish more could have been done - at least a refund to my card for the price difference of being downgraded.

The room was very nice, quiet and clean - the proximity to everything in central Helsinki is perfect.

About the only thing was the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, perhaps at least on smaller pillow so the traveler could have a choice to their liking

Its location is less than three minutes' walk from the centre and all the buses and the airport train, but a quiet rest with a comfortable bed. A simple system of using fitness and sauna can be enjoyable. Also mention the professional English-speaking staff. Recommended and will go back.

The hotel was conveniently located. It is just walking distance from the Old Town. Great service from the staff. Highly recommended for family stay.

The rooms were designed within 1 inch of their life. It was like a computer laid out the rooms. They were so small with just a a quarter inch, to spare everywhere. It was crazy tight.

Food variety in the rastaurant

Check-in & check-out was swift and friendly. Room facilities were excellent, including the design and colour selection. Excellent sound-proofing too.Nice breakfast with a scandinavian twist.I was offered the possibility to print out some pages I needed, which made it much easier for me to work. Very well connected to the central station.

Nothing really

Very cozy hotel, located very near to the centre and main shopping area. Very convenient to reach any destination. Also close to the harbour, if anyone is planning to travel by ferry. Very hospital staff ready to support with any issues. Also, breakfast was rich offering many options. I am staying in different hotels of this chain and never disappointed.

Very nice to have a morning sauna, but it was not very warm when I went there in the morning.

I really liked the interior design, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, and the delicious breakfast. Especially appreciated that our special request was delivered perfectly, it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location for getting around, great breakfast, wonderful staff and perfect views of the Park from my room! Really loved staying here, and will do so again.

The cold......outside.

Juice was out during breakfast. It was disgusting to stand in water in the shower since the floor drain was clogged.

Room was incredible. Bathtub was excellent. Bed super comfortable. Smart tv. Great room all around. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Not too central but easy access to transport

The breakfast was bountiful and delicious in a very spacious and comfortable room with plenty of tables and booths for everyone.

The room was very clean and location is good.

My room was on the second floor and it was face to a children school. So it was noisy. Also I smelled smoke smell one day when I got back. I was thinking where the smell came from. The next day I saw people are smoking outside.

The location is very good. The breakfast was really good.

The rooms are very small and A/C didn’t work and no chance of opening the window. I fell I couldn’t breathe.
