People were wonderful. Warm and welcoming, historical mid century modern decor was FABULOUS rooms are efficiently laid out in minimalist style. Views from roof spectacular. Service off the hook

I didn't have enough time!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The reception is very welcoming and helpful. The sauna experience is fabulous :D The room is full of little details that make you think the whole experience is curated for each of us.

The internet connection drops from time to time, but is still within the tolerable threshold. The breakfast ends a bit early (at 10 a.m.) but again, it's tolerable.

We love everything about the hotel, excellent breakfast, comfortable room and perfect location in the city centre which is so convenience for tram, train and bus transportation.

Perhaps the room cleanliness service need to be done everyday.

Location, breakfast and the attitude of stuff were great. We had a bit of an issue about heating the room and they immediately brought a portable heater to the room. Furniture, style and ambiance were also nice. Room was so spacious.

Hotel room was very well cleaned at first. After second night we wanted room to be cleaned but I did not find the effort enough. There were hair on the floor and floor seemed to me not so well mopped.

Location - close to the central station and tram stops; connected to a shopping mall

Really enjoyed the view from our room over the main station and toward the cathedral. The breakfast was great and the staff at the reception very welcoming and helpful. Great location too.

The fact that you can leave your luggage is great. The fact that they hand the key to everybody to come and go into the luggage room as they please (and that possibly other people can enter too), is really worrysome. Most hotels have a designated person at the reception that received the luggage and only they enter the room to drop it off and pick it up avoiding that other guests or people who sneak in can open or steal your luggage. I expect better from Sokos in this regard.

The view is awesome, the bed is comfortable

Couldn’t put AC more than 23 degrees, so it was cold sometimes. TV doesn’t work properly, so i barely connected my phone. We ve got two small blankets instead of one normal size. Also was only one slippers. Not a big deal but i dont like the gap between bathroom’s door and ceiling.

Location, location and location. The room was of good size. Basic amenities but very clean. Breakfast was fabulous

The room has enough space, although we are 3 persons. The beds are excellent. The bathroom very clean.

The third bed is not so safe, since there is a roof above it and you can easily knock your head, especially during the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great rates. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was top notch! Would stay here again!

View was overlooking Central Railway Station, which was on the 8th floor and incredible view and convenient to women's sauna on 8th floor and breakfast on 10th floor! Room was so clean, even a note left on floor that it had been cleaned under the bed. What a neat touch to have an old style rotary dial phone in room.

breakfast was good, there was alot of variety. Location is opposite train station and nearby shopping areas.

My 3rd stay at the hotel within 3 weeks. but this time, the toilet in this room was rather small compared to the previous stay.

One of the advantages of staying here is that the central station and tram stops are conveniently located just across the street from the hotel. Additionally, there’s a mall and various eateries attached to the hotel.They do provide luggage storage, but it’s at your own risk, as there’s no proper concierge service to ensure your luggage’s safety. Despite the risk, the service was still pleasant.Fortunately, they do have some of the nicest Front Desk workers, like Leena and Adrianna, who are people-oriented.

Upon entering the given room, we encountered an unexpected situation. The room we had booked was not the one we were given. I called the receptionist about the discrepancy, and a man answered the call. He initially agreed that it wasn’t a family room but rather a standard twin room. However, he later clarified that there were only two people in my party, and some guests needed the family room, so they had given it away. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, he insisted that if I had another guest, I would be charged an additional fee for the third person. Despite not having a third guest and having provided me with the wrong room type, his response seemed dismissive. Since we had a late check-in and had to leave early for a cruise the following day, we decided not to insist on a room change. Nevertheless, I expressed my expectation for a resolution to the issue.Finally, on the third day, we were moved to a family room, which was much larger and offered a better view than the cramped first room. I paid for a family room and was never reimbursed for the difference from the 2 nights we spent in the standard room. This hotel is quite outdated, with some towels tattered and bathrooms looking ancient.We stayed for five nights, and the buffet breakfast was the same every day. The weekend crowds at the breakfast area were so busy that finding a table was difficult.

Opposite train station. A lot of shopping areas. Rooms are big and clean.

Very central location, nice building with style, great view from the room. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was slightly outdated and water from the bath getting out on the bathroom floor.

Location is very close to everything in city center. 2 mins walk from the railway station makes it very convenient to travel to/ from airport and other cities.

The hotel did not clean the room unless you request at the reception.

This is a classy hotel with a rich history. I loved that the management tries hard to keep the original decor and vibe, and loved the design aesthetic of the building, the furnishings and the fittings. A beautiful tribute to classic Nordic design. Great sauna, top breakfast, very friendly staff. I’m so glad I stayed here! A wonderful experience.

Beautiful buffet breakfast in a stunning restaurant. Rooms were elegantly designed. Staff were very friendly. Extremely convenient location, right across from train station.

There were strands of hair in the bathroom and on my clean towel. I'm kind of freaked out by hair.

The staff is wonderful. Breakfast fantastic with a great view. Our room’s balcony and view of the train station and cathedral was fantastic!! We loved sitting outside. Also love the charm of the hotel.

Only small comment is that the partial glass partition on the shower over tub is somehow installed in a way that quite a bit of water in our bathroom tub drained into the bathroom floor’s drain. I tried to adjust the door but couldn’t fix it the issue. I asked for more towels and that did help some.

Location is very good.

Ridiculously small room (15 m2) to be an expensive „Superior yQueen room“.Must use public parking that is very difficult to find out of in the evening due to most doors being closed and lack of directionsCharging extra for good coffee in breakfast … they serve only some kind of diluted coffee that does not meet any international standards.
