Huge lobby, great multilingual staff, didn?t use the gym and pool but it?s part of an actual health club and full service.

It?s in a nice area with shops nearby but a 20-25 minute walk to downtown. The tub is up very high and has only half glass meaning the floor gets wet easily. AC is very weak.

Got the wrong room, single instead of double, couldnt be changed or really compesated. Had a glooiing in the bathrobe, to expensive for what you get

All of the amenities were of very good quality.

There was an HVAC issue that made a dripping-like intermittent noise which kept re-awakening me. I attempted to turn up the heat in the room, but only got fan noise, never any warmer air. These issues seems very fundamental and should not have occurred.

The room was very big and the bathroom was enormous. The hotel was spotless and in very good condition. Staff was professional and exceptional.

The pool, sauna and fitness are surpassed my expectations.

My cologne rolled under the bed so I pulled the bed out to find it. There was a mountain of piled up dust under there. I couldn't believe a hotel that claims to be 4-star could be so filthy.

I didn’t like the fact that in order to use the sauna I had to go in naked. That I don’t like

Breakfast was excellent, and we liked that the coffee was served right the table. The lady remembered that I needed a tea also the next morning :)

The spaa area was too small and water a little bit cold.

Very good gym facilities. Very comfortable beds. Great location, Excellent breakfast.

The bathroom floor was quite cold, but slippers were provided, so it wasn’t a problem ?.

Everything was perfect. Huge room, comfy bed, great location, and the tastiest Finnish candies and cocoa in the room. Friendly staff at both reception and restaurant. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Was annoying about payment since they kept asking and telling me I did not pay while I did and had to show confirmation

The staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Greta at reception for her warm and professional service. I appreciated the possibility for an early check-in and felt very welcome from the start. The room was clean, calm and modern, with large windows and a beautiful city view. I liked the mix of retro and modern design, especially the humorous touch with the old phone and hair dryer (a modern one was also provided). The bathtub was also spacious and bed was comfortable.

Nothing major to mention. The retro elements might not be for everyone, but I found them charming and intentional.

The hotel is cosy, beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are big and there is plenty of room to walk around there also. Athmosphere/mood in the room is very cosy. The hotel also has sauna and spa facilities and a swimming pool. And, what I really liked (even though I didn't travel with a pet), the hotel is pet friendly! And of course, the hotel service was impeccably polite and friendly as always!

Two things that could have been solved if I had turned to the reception but I stayed only for 2 nights.Firstly, the weather had turned colder and inside the room it was slightly cold also. I tried to turn up the tempreture on the conditioning device but it didn’t work.And secondly, for some reason the water in the bathroom was smelling really badly (maybe it was clogged or something).

Being upgraded, spacious with access to club lounge. Friendly, efficient staff. No nonsense approach to hotel design.

Clean and close to downtown and public transportation

I didn’t like that both of my reservations were in the back of the hotel

The swimming pool was a useful size to do a few strokes, and the decor was unique.We had a nice slow breakfast and enjoyed the range of options.Even though the location was a good walk from the train station, which we enjoyed, as it went through a large park by the lake.

The room was exquisite and wonderful. The view from the room was superb and you can see the whole Helsinki central there. The staff was super helpful and nice and the breakfast was very good.

Friendly and professional service!The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, very nice room with lot’s of space and everything you might need. Spa and gym.
