Breakfast was excellent! Location was nice, not too far from railwaystation, but still quite quiet. Nice neighbourhood.

You get a feeling of the 70's but it is charming. The Sauna was masterclass although I think it should be free to book it when you stay at the hotel. Also that they have Huvudstadsbladet as a magazine for breakfast was nice as a Swede to catch-up with the local news.
They did not have "karelska piroger med äggsmör" which is like the national breakfast dish of Finland. Given the old/traditional vibe of the hotel it would have been nice to have that.
Breakfast was good and the room was very clean. Yes, this is an older building but for what we wanted, it checked all the boxes.
Clean toom, comfortable bed, nice staff, excellent location to visit old town.
Location downtown, friendliness of staff, great breakfast, comfort of beds. Small mini fridge allowed us to keep a few things cold. Elevator. Nearby good grocery for food and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
Ouur room was quite small, but okay. Our daughter and son-in-law got a suite which was a corner room and very large. Book that one!
Excellent staff and location. Very nice corner room with good city view.
Moldy tiles in the shower should be taken care of. Starting to show signs of age which for the price should be dealt with.
good breakfast, nice sauna, ok location.
The room was small, though I paid the cheapest one.
Excellent value, clean and comfortable stay, very friendly staff and nice breakfast included ! Great location very walkable to everything in Helsinki !
Older but clean. A good functional hotel pretty close to the action.Nice staff and good breakfast buffet.
The proximity of this hotel to Helsinki attractions; larger rooms available for large families.
Breakfast food and the restaurant space were very small compared to other hotel options in the area.
location is great, design very nice
lowered rating because advertised as 4 stars (and relatively expensive) but it is 2-3 stars max. tiny room, shower head half broken. no sugar or cream (just yea and coffee), stairs without elevator.
Location
No aircondition. The room was hot.
The location was great. Close to all the great stuff Helsinki has to offer.Breakfast was good.
Need a larger fan. Ability to open more windows for better ventilation. Better mattresses. I had a single room, and mine slid a little bit.
A great location in the Design district. Breakfast was delicious. Close to public transportation. Quiet.
We stayed in the summer. The room did not have blackout curtains. Bring eye covers if you need a room to be dark to sleep.
The front desk staff at Hotel Anna was exceptional: kind, understanding, cooperative, a real joy. Helena and her colleagues treated us like family, and the room had all the nice touches such as coffee, tea and prep materials. Many hotels cut corners, but Hotel Anna was exceptional for its kind atmosphere
Small, functional single room, good breakfast, nice neighborhood with many restaurants and short walk to tram stops.
Room was a bit too warm.
It is close to many places.Located in a quiet part of the city.
Cannot place out-going calls from telephone in the room.
