Breakfast was too busy

It’s very close to the major shops, transportations and attractions

The hotel is brilliantly located in the center, easily accessible from the airport and a brief walk away from the main train station, minutes away from main highlights of the city. Breakfast is excellent with a great choice also of GF and LF products. Even though the room was overlooking the main street the soundproof windows make sure that no noise disturbs you. Gym is decently sized and open 24h which is great for those not wishing to skip a session while traveling.

The beds were not really comfortable, which was a disappointment for this otherwise excellent hotel.

Location was great and everything else also. Ended up staying another night because I didn’t want to leave ? and the restaurant Más had a great filet. Yummyy.

the hotel is beautiful, clean, the service was nice, there was a bathtub in our room

they asked us to book a timeslot to have breakfast... not really something we were willing to do in our holidays. also the sauna is not open the whole day. found it a bit too expensive

Bathroom situation for a handicapped person is lacking.

We spent a wonderful couple of days. The room was perfect and quite. The breakfast was amazing. And staff was extremely helpful, polite and even provided local food recomensations.

Aircon was weak, and no intercom to connect to recption in the rooms

The location was great- easy to get around and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel room was comfortable and we loved the choices for breakfast in the morning.

It would have been nice to have a fan or circulating air in the room.

Perfect position downtown

Everything, nice rooms, great breakfast, close to everywhere downtown. All pets friendly ?‍⬛?

Central Helsinki and close to the railroad station. Wish I had known this before arriving. Property was very clean and modern. The breakfast had incredible variety and abundance and was top-notch in quality. The bedding was very comfortable.

One the website it said that there was free taxi service to and from the airport and there wasn’t. It would have made it much more convenient.

We stayed later after a week because of the service, modern, clean rooms and the breakfast was exceptional.

There was to be a free taxi service from the airport as advertised on the website but there wasn’t. Wish we knew that the railroad station was so close or else we would have taken that instead of an Uber.

We always stay at this hotel. This time the breakfast was not as good. Location is great though.

The breakfast was beyond amazing. There were so many choices,it was wonderful.

The a/c is non existent…we were there during a Finnish heat wavy ( 80+F) the staff did supply a room fan and that helped a lot. We first stayed on the 6th floor which was very warm. We did move to the 2nd floor which was cooler,but still needed a fan.

Sauna in the room, the view, the breakfast, location. Also hotel had sauna as well.

Had to pay extra just to get electric kettle and tea in my room.

Location was good. Shopping malls and restaurants were nearby.

There were dusts hanging from AC units inside the room.

Having a check-in queue in Finland was surprising for me to see, even though the reception was fully staffed.Rooms could have a kettle.

Excellent location, facility, and staff. Great view from the room. Good breakfast options.Right in the hub of transportations. Walking distance to major attractions.Defiantly will stay again next trip back.

Late check-in which is typical of majority, if not all, of Scandic chain.They do their best to get you in if they can.
