The location

The pillows were uncomfortable and the view towards the courtyard wasn’t private at all. The shower didn’t had door or curtain, so it was very cold. The heating was on, and no one could turn it off, so we had to put the AC on, it felt like a waste and the room was lukewarm. There was no proper place to store the winter shoes, so the room was always dirty and full of gravel.

Amazing breakfast, great gym and fantastic sauna experience

Room was very small. I asked for a late checkout and it was 20 euros an hour. Same thing for check in.

Nothing. Property was great. Just not giving a 10 because it wasn’t a omg, wow experience but everything was great.

Comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the train station and the main attractions in Helsinki. Overwhelming selection of breakfast options, which raised some questions about sustainability. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, allowing guests to make their own tea or coffee.

It was not possible to open the window, even for quick ventilation. It couldn’t be opened even slightly.

Great breakfast and location. Funky design throughout the hotel. Liked the fact that you could cast to the TV.

Great location, modern room, friendly staff and really good breakfast

The location was perfect for easy access to all the tourist spots.

The hotel floors are not on a single level, which means after you get out of the lift is not one level you have to take a few steps here and there until you reach your room. This is very inconvenient when you have to carry your own luggage to your room.

Spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was spectacular. Bed was very comfortable. Soaps, towels, and toilet amenities excellent. Quality television.

Very limited sauna times.

Location was perfect. Facilities were fresh and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

I did not like that we could not open a window in our room. I did feel a bit of fresh air would have been nice. Quite often the room was too hot and stuffy.

Bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety but quality of food could be slightly better. Location was great, very trendy with a lot of restaurants nearby and walkable to most places in the city.

We booked a standard room which promised a size of 20m2 but we were given an extremely small room. It was so tiny that there wasn’t any room for bedside tables and we had to jump into the bed from the front. We reserved this hotel as it promised bigger room than other hotels in Helsinki within the same price range but I’d say our room was 15m2 or less. Had we known this we’d go with a cheaper hotel.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Helsinki.Very comfortable in every respect....almost.

The so-called “desk” is inadequate.For a 24 m² room at this price level, a normal, functional desk should be standard.

Breakfast had plenty of choice. Place was clean and inviting. Within easy walking distance of main areas

Breakfast, although the food was repetitive.Shout out for the boy and women who assist on breakfast (all the time with smile on their face)!

No slippers - they made you pay 5 euros for each pair.Towels were so old or seem that way.Shower bottle pump was so used that was blocked, hardly worked.Staff from reception was rushed, so it doesn't provide information.

Comfortable hotel in the city center.

We tried to order room service and the phone was never picked up. I finally went down to the restaurant to order food and the wanted to charge me 15 euros extra to bring it to our room
